Katie and Alec! This wedding was such a blast with so many original details (to be shared later)! This stunning bride and her gorgeous patterned wedding dress was just one of many touches we loved.
It was a beautiful summer day at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and the Kennedy Estate. Both families were so involved and we know they’re going to create such a wonderful new family together. Katie’s mom and her friends surprised the bride and guests by singing and dancing an ABBA number in full Mamma Mia style! Katie’s dad did a custom food tasting for the family beforehand, and created a beautiful menu for the wedding.
We were also thrilled to work with for the first time and we hope to do so again in the future! Thanks to the rest of the vendor team as well!

There is so much we could say about this wedding! Francesca & Christian were married in Chicago at in June and it was truly an incredible weekend.
Francesca is the most vivacious, joyous bride! From the moment we met her and her family, we were just blown away by her faith, her exuberance, and her love for her fiancé Christian. Their wedding reflected their excitement to be married, and also their love for their family and friends as they set out to provide an incredible wedding experience for their guests. Our favorite details included Francesca’s sparkle adorned reception dress, their awe inspiring antipasto table, and of course, the wedding mass that brought us both to tears.
Congratulations, Francesca and Christian! We are so happy for you and the life you’ll build together.
Special thanks to the vendor team as well! We were so excited to meet and her team and to we can’t say enough kind things about them. We were blown away by the ushering staff at too! Keeping a mass of 400 guests organized in downtown Chicago is no mean feat, and they were all so professional!

Claudia & Jake met at as interns at the One Bread One Cup conference! They bonded over Pokémon go and giving tours of the Marian Shrine. Fast forward to today and they are now husband and wife! We were so overjoyed to be a part of their wedding since we both have our own connections to St. Meinrad. They opted for spring tones with lots of texture to echo the sunny weather of April. Our favorite details of the day were the individual holy cards that they hand selected for each guest, and the DePauw groom’s cake that Claudia surprised Jake with!

Ian and Maria are married! These two have known each other since childhood, when Ian was just the brother of Maria’s friend. They went from being acquaintances to friends, and now to husband and wife! They were married at their parish in a traditional Latin Mass, which is always beautiful, but this Mass was complete with a communion hymn sung in French and accompanied by a harp. Flowering trees were in full bloom, and the spring tones are just dreamy!

One thing we highly suggest you consider when looking at venues is cocktail space! Having a separate space for cocktail hour makes the day run much smoother. It gives your photo & video team extra time to take detail photos, and gives your planner/coordinator more time to polish up the reception space while cocktail hour happens. Additionally, it encourages your guests to mingle with a drink in hand while they wait to be seated for dinner, and gives the whole event a much better flow as a whole.

Are you looking for a free, indoor, and absolutely opulent location for engagement photos in Indianapolis? I’m always blown away by how gorgeous the statehouse is! It’s a great choice for Indianapolis engagement photos because you’re so close to some great spots for a date night after. Plus the photos speak for themselves!
