We apologise that you couldn’t enjoy Wonder in Glebe Park today. To make the refund process as seamless as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our ticketing partner, FEVER’s, website. Link is in the comments
2. Fill out the refund form.
3. Enter your Ticket ID, which can be found above the QR code in the confirmation email from FEVER.
4. Our ticketing partner will contact you with the final steps to complete your refund.

Alternatively, FEVER can exchange your ticket by issuing you a voucher you can use to book a session tomorrow (Sunday, our last day).

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding ❄️

We regret to inform you that today’s 10:00am, 11:00am, and 12:00pm sessions have been cancelled due to last night’s heavy rainfall. 🌧️ We know you’re excited to enjoy our snowy mini village, ice rink, and snow play area, and we’re just as eager to welcome you!

But don’t worry! We’re keeping a close eye on the weather for the rest of the day; for now, all other sessions are still open. 🎿⛸️

Ticket holders, keep an eye on your inbox! 📧 We’ll be in touch soon with details on rescheduling your session or getting a refund.
