Stella’s Pizza Pie founder, Vito Romani, grew up eating the greatest food on the planet. From a long line of Sicilians, whose life's purpose was to cook incredible Italian dishes for their loved ones, nothing but fresh and homemade would do. In creating Stella's Pizza Pie, Vito offers you the experience of his youth. Close your eyes and imagine biting into a golden, perfectly-browned crust glisten

ing with the finest olive oil and topped with a special blend of gooey cheeses, Vito’s Grandma's old family sauce recipe, and the freshest ingredients you can find. Or think about a long buffet table loaded with bruschetta and scampi straight from the wood fire, platters of the finest Italian meats and cheeses, fresh pasta smothered in house-made sauces. There’s nothing like the taste of food coming straight from a fragrant wood fire, all bubbly and browned just right from the flame. We come to you with our mobile unit that holds everything we need to prepare the best pizza and Italian delicacies this side of Sicily.
