Yes, a large focus for your event is on statement florals but I also think about the smaller details as well & where the best places are to make an impact with these.
Bring some beauty to smaller pieces, like your event signage. The welcome sign is a great spot as this sets the scene for the day & is generally the first floral pop your guests will see 👀
I may be biased, but florals really help bring everything together on your big day.

As you can see, florals can be incorporated in all aspects of your special day/event so it’s important not to leave your budget allocation for florals until further down your list.
It’s best to plan this up front and set a realistic budget. If you really want florals to be a feature and have several statement pieces in mind you really want to allow 25-30% of your overall budget. As a minimum you want to allow 10-15% of your overall budget for floral design.
Once you have an idea of the impact you want your florals to make, it’s time to get in touch so we can start the floral design process for your day. 🌸

Make your florals a statement feature on your guest tables with the use of our unique Stem Stands.
Instead of placing your florals directly on your guests tables, you have the option to elevate them to add that height with the use of the Stem Stand. There is then so many options for the final look depending on the vibe you are wanting to achieve.
Why do I love these so much? Not only do they make a statement but they are also super practical.
With a smaller base plate, this allows for a more sculptural floral feature as well as being more cost effective overall.
They don’t take up as much room on the table, that way leaving your guests with more space for their meals and they allow flowing conversation between guests across the table with out blocking.

I still can’t get over this gorgeous colour scheme! Honestly, all you need is florals and you can call it a beautiful event (if I do say so myself 😆).
I see floral designs as an art form. Each and every flower I choose and arrange, I always make sure it’s in the most aesthetically pleasing position so that not only you’re happy, but your photos look gorgeous and it creates a beautiful, breathtaking space for your guests.

I have been hard at work arranging florals for upcoming events and I still can’t believe this is the job I get to do everyday 💥
What do you mean I get to arrange and smell beautiful flowers all day and bring my gorgeous clients floral dreams to life ?!? (I mean, there is a lot of hard work that goes on BTS) but I still feel soo LUCKY that this is my job 🙌
It’s crazy how one flower crown session that I did all of those years ago, turned into Urban and Wild Co.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
Being a creative at heart, and after trying out a few different gigs 👀 I finally found my path in Florals. 🌹
My love of floristry took me by surprise in the flower crown workshop that was organised for my hen’s do and after that there was no stopping me, literally!
The next step was doing my own reception florals for my wedding and then signing myself up to study. Next up Urban & Wild co was born.
I love LOVE so I knew that being a Wedding/Event florist was where I needed to be. I want to be involved in bringing special days to life and I believe florals are such a big part in the celebration of LOVE!

This is a comment I receive on the regular from my beautiful Brides when I drop off one of the most special of Floral items for their big day & I’m not mad about it!!!
It just seems to be the shape that naturally forms when I make a bouquet even when they become more sculptural in style they tend to still loosely resemble that heart shape ❤️
I put my heart into all my Bridal bouquets so I guess it makes sense 🤔😆

WOWEE what a day it’s been… I need this pop of colour in my life right now!!!
It’s been a hard one. Motherhood today has been really hard 😥 from starting the day with 2 boys at each other from the morning, to then getting a nose bleed from being head butted from the lil guy 🤕 surely the afternoon had to get better right?!?
Had to brave the shops for a quick bit of food shopping with the 2 boys, get all the way through the checkout, bags packed boys not yet causing too much grief, to realise my phone has fallen out of my pocket, which hoping was to be in the car 🤦🏼♀️ THANK GOD it was!!! But had to go all the way out & back again cause that’s just the way my Monday was to go.
I really hope you day has been better than mine 😆 if not though would love to hear your Monday disasters so we can laugh it off together cause if you don’t laugh you 😭 ⬇️

Leading up to the big day, I will confirm timings for when your photographer will be arriving for getting ready shots to ensure all wedding party florals are delivered in time 👌
I will deliver up to 2 locations for these & will provide you nice & easy instructions for your florals.
Bouquets are delivered in a water source to ensure optimum freshness leading up to the ceremony time 🙌
In short, you won’t need to worry about a thing as I have you covered!!
