Vass Nikoloff founded Northern Impact with Kameliia and Yordan Kirilov in the Norwegian city of Trondheim in December 2017, with the brand's first party taking place at Red Zone Nightclub. The organisation's initial goal was to create a space where he and his closest people could play music, as the electronic culture in the city was inaccessible to them at the time. And things worked out! What started as a casual idea saw significant progress, far exceeding the expectations of the Prince, as Vass is affectionately known among his friends. He managed to gather people interested in electronic music, hosting monthly events that left the audience eagerly anticipating the next one, showcasing his leadership qualities and organizational skills.

Over time, he relocated to London, where he aimed to take his organization to the next level and try to establish it on the big stage. From secret rave culture to club-level events, he created opportunities for many talents who dreamed of stepping behind the decks. Along the way, he realized that it was far more rewarding for him to see others succeed than to focus on his personal aspirations as a DJ. This has become the fundamental driving force that continues to inspire him to organize events to this day.

Currently, Vass is focused on the Bulgarian scene in London, primarily inviting local artists to the English capital to showcase their charismatic style of playing during prime time at his events. His favourite position for himself is to warm up the crowd for each of these artists, ensuring that everything is headed in the right direction.

On January 31st, Vass invites you to celebrate the seventh anniversary of Northern Impact at one of the most exciting and iconic British venues – E1 London.

Роден и израстнал в Пловдив, Vass Nikoloff открива страстта си към електронната музика в емблематичния Plazma Club. Именно на това култуво място, заобиколен от енергията на тълпата, се роди любовта му към музикалната сцена.

Обхващайки разнообразие от стилове като минимал дийп тек, хипнотик груув и хард индустриал техно Вас проектира сетовете си така, че да води слушателите на дълбоко и потапящо музикално пътешествие. Черпейки вдъхновение от артисти като Andre Gazolla, Pacho & Pepo, Metodi Hristov, Pavel Petrov, DJ Steven и Kameliia, той прецизно съчетава парчетата, използвайки силата на ритъма, за да създаде моменти, които изграждат до мощен кулминационен момент, оставяйки трайно впечатление на аудиторията си.

На пет годишна възраст Вас се запознава с електронната музика чрез касетите на Жан-Мишел Жар. На девет години започва да брейкдансва на звуците на легенди като Bomfunk MCs, Flying Steps, Westbam и Carl Cox.

След като травма от футболен мач през 2009 година сложила край на кариерата му като вратар, той се потопил напълно в българската музикална сцена, посещавайки престижните клубове Dance Club Mania и Cacao Beach в Слънчев бряг, както и разбира се, любимият си Plazma Club в Пловдив.

През 2017 г., докато живеел в Трондхайм, Норвегия, Вас започва да миксира на първия си сет-ъп, състоящ се от CDJ 100s и миксер DJM 300. Именно там, през Декември, основава Northern Impact, който се превръща в неговата платформа за промотиране на събития и нови таланти.

След преместването си в Лондон през 2018 г., Вас продължава да се отдава на музикалната сцена, организирайки събития и пускайки в известни клубове като Egg London, E1 и Werkhaus.

От 2019 г. насам Vass Nikoloff има удоволствието да се изявява редом с музикалните си идоли и да развива Northern Impact като успешна организация, ръководеща екип наброяващ 20 души.

Неговата дълбока страст към музиката и преданост към сцената се отразяват във всеки сет, който представя, като най-голямо удовлетворение за него е да допринася за българската електронна общност в Лондон.
