Hello NACE RENO/TAHOE! I am very excited to be speaking at your fall gathering on Tuesday, September 24, at the North Lake Tahoe Event Center on Kings Beach. The event is from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Let’s talk about the wind! When an outdoor wedding is expecting wind, you can take steps to lessen the distraction. If the bride has a veil, have her face the wind to have her hair and veil flow away from her face. Add veil magnets to the veil, giving the veil some weight and have a very attentive MOH assist the bride. Work with your sound techs to lessen the wind sounds that can be distracting as well. Watch the weather to be more able to deal with outdoor weather issues. Congratulations to Krystal and Jim! Beautiful day for a beautiful couple! .m.weddings
