You can place your order directly through the website. When ordering, choose Tuesday, Oct 17, (however we'll be delivering these boxes both Tuesday and Wednesday. If you need a specific day, please make a note of that.) After you submit your order request, we will send the order confirmation/invoice (usually within 48-72 hours).
