I have always loved watching the faces of people when celebrating a moment or watching them say "I do" and always told myself "I would have loved to have captured that moment." With passion for Photography and the individuals I get the pleasure of knowing, I now make those moments unforgivable. I specialize in both natural and artificial lighting photography to accommodate your specific needs! I w

90% of the clothes in my closet are black, I love key lime cheese cake, chocolate, South Texas winery wine, the smell of Wallflowers stress relief, camping and want to travel the world before my time ends on this Earth. My dream is to be a traveling portrait photographer! One day....

I have an amazing husband who makes me feel like a goddess daily and for the past 21 years, a daughter in esthetician school and a son who graduated from graphic design school in Houston and is also my second photographer. My goal is to specialize in wedding and newborn photography, however, building these relationships and friendships always lead to life long journeys of captured memories!

Luke + Amber Wedding

Amber and Luke’s wedding this past Saturday was a beautiful celebration surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their venue was a stunning blend of green, navy, and pink hues, accented by delicate cherry blossom trees and leaves.

Amber and Luke’s love story began in high school, and for their first date, they went to see The Avengers in theaters— a movie they both absolutely love. After nearly 13 years together, Luke planned a creative and heartfelt proposal with the help of Pro Escape Room. With their families, Wyatt and Kristen, involved, he orchestrated a zombie-themed escape room proposal, where roses hidden in various cabinets added an extra puzzling twist!

On their wedding day, their love for each other was undeniable. The way Luke looked at Amber—completely in awe—said it all as she walked down the aisle. The day was graced with sunshine and a cool breeze, the perfect weather after weeks of unpredictable conditions.

Hey everyone!

Just hopping on here to share a quick update! I’ll be out of the office from Wednesday, February 5, to Sunday, February 9, as I head to New York to photograph, assist and support Miss Kaylee Trejo in her modeling competition. Thank you Tina and Kaylee for the opportunity! Super excited because it’s also Fashion Week — even better that I get to experience it all with these two amazing ladies and my bestie for the restie!

While I’m away, Serena will be in the office to assist you with any questions and help with scheduling Monday through Thursday.

On another note:

Our team is growing, and we have some exciting announcements coming in 2025! Captured Moments is always looking for new ways to better serve our clients—so stay tuned for all the details!

I’m off Mondays and Fridays but! Today and tomorrow I’ll be catching up on editing before I head to Svetlik Farm for bridals then getting ready to pack and fly to the city that never sleeps!

My Story

I’m a sucker for romance movies, lover of Chinese food, chocolate, butterflies and my dog Ceasar. I’ve been with the love of my life for 18 years and share two beautiful kiddos with him. I love rainy days when I’m not outdoors or working and on my days off my goal is to lounge, veg out and binge-watch movies! Everything I own in my closet is pretty much black and is my color of choice in everything I purchase. I am a horrible cook but my hubby is amazing so God knew what he was doing when he paired us together! Or else, I would starve LOL.

I’ve been a photographer since 2012 and currently am hosting and producing fashion shows in our community annually to raise money for a variety of local charities.
