In a bid to give a proper stage to local acts in the NorthEast who had nowhere to showcase their talents with other musicians, the Live Lounge was created by event organisers Aideen Hand and Dave Marron at the start of 2014. The first night was such a success that they decided to make it a more regular event. The Valley Lodge Carrickmacross has become the resident venue and there is always an open
invite to artists from anywhere and everywhere. Open Mic sessions are a highlight at the end of the night so get your vocal chords warmed up ladies and gentlemen!
