One of my biggest supporters is also one of my biggest critics when it comes to my setup. She’s always trying to hide those orange “eyesores” whenever she assists me on a gig.

But those bright orange devices are critical in keeping the party going during for any unforeseen technical or Wi-Fi issues. And they have come in handy a few times!

I’ve performed over 100 weddings in the last 2 years and there are some songs that couples just don’t want hear at their weddings.

Here are the top 6 songs I’ve found on my couples’ DO NOT PLAY lists

🎵 'Blurred Lines' - Because consent should always be clear, even on the dance floor!

🎵 'Old Town Road' - Yeehaw, but maybe not at the reception.

🎵 'YMCA' - Village People, we love you, but this dance can stay at the village.

🎵 'Electric Slide' - Shocking fact: It's been electrifyingly overplayed.

🎵 'Cha Cha Slide' - Not everyone's a fan of the left-right stomp routine.

🎵 'Cupid Shuffle' - Love's great, but shuffle on over to some fresher moves!
