Bom voyage has been a constant in the Psychedelic Trance scene of The Netherlands. This is when Bom Voyage created a blasting party every year, as the city transformed into a series of parties. On this date, people shared Psytrance as a culture and tribal experience, in the same way as it ha
s been from the beginning. This event was supported by a magic hat and has counted with the participation of several established Psytrance artists like Ace Ventura, Dick Trevor, D-Nox, Gus Till, Loopus in Fabula, Tristan, XP, Zen Mechanics, and many more. In 2014, Bom Voyage spread its wings further. Besides the traditional open-air party in April, new indoor events started being organized, with the same spirit of the traditional open-air now converted for indoor venues. The emphasis is set on a variety of music styles, unique decoration, and nice people meeting at great locations in Amsterdam. BOM VOYAGE CREW
Bom Voyage is a group of friends who organized the free open-air Queensday / Kingsday party in the center of Amsterdam every year since 1999 and now indoor events. The members have changed throughout the years and nowadays the team consists of:
Rui: Technical production manager, event building up and down, artwork and flyer design, decoration team leader. Marcia: Arranges the line-up, artist bookings, text writer and editor, marketing, stage manager. Timon: The original Bom Voyage founder and project manager, has recently stopped working with events and Bom Voyage. He is now busy with other challenges where his amazing talents and skills will for sure work their magic.
+ Friends: Bom Voyage has always existed through a group of friends who wish to help with the creation of beautiful events: Arpita-Mariam, Bart, Bartje, Bea, Boaz, Caesar, Cloe, Erik L, Erik O, Feijao, Fran, Franco, Geoff, Jeroen, Jesus, Johan, Jiri, Kostas, Laurent, Mara, Mental Peace, Niels, Patsy, Rachel, Reinout, Rishi, Rob, Serena, Sjef, Stefan, Vlien, Yris, Zohar and many more. All these individuals together contribute to creating the Bom Voyage parties, each one bringing in their energy and best skills towards the common goal of having good psychedelic trance events in Amsterdam.
