Mimi's Specialties & Catering My specialty is Sandwichon I make almost anything from specialty cakes, cookies, pies any baked goods from home. God Bless everyone!

My specialty is the famous Colombian dish called the "The Sandwichon" A Layered perfection of chicken salad or tuna salad cake like and cake size sandwich covered in a cream cheese mix frosting made to complement the the flavors of the sandwich. This has a long time dream and passion for me since I was 12 years old and now becoming a reality Thanks To God first and foremost and as well to all my Family and friends who have supported me.

PROMOTING BUSINESS RAFFLE !

I will be raffling a “ ” that will include the medium size sandwichon (feeds 10 or more), pasta salad, fresh fruit, family size lays potato chips and a 2 liter soda of choice. Tickets will be $3 and I will have 75 slots available !

THE RAFFLE IS SET TO TAKE PLACE ON JUNE 10TH
