The Scavenger Hunt is back! Get your team together of 3-5 people. No team, no worries we will find you one. The object of the event is for everyone to have a good time while enjoying a night on the town. Each team will be given a list of items to complete during a designated time period and complete has many challenges as possible. Time to bring out your inner child. This event is for 21 and older as some challenges require going to locations that serve alcohol. Registration fee $50.00/team $12/person(individuals without a team) Host will ensure all are on a team. GOAL is to get as many items on the list and partake in the photo challenges in the allotted amount of time! Get those teams together and let's have some fun! Deadline to register is June 3rd. What is Resilient by Design Healing and Consulting? RBD as I call it for short was started in 2018 after I abruptly was let go from the job. The relationships developed continued to grow and flourish. I remained providing spaces for individuals to work through their healing while building resilience. Folks of all ages would gather to work on art, poetry, DIY foot soaks, painted journals and more.

Why the name Resilient by Design? Long story, short...I've had my share of not so good hands through life, child witness of domestic violence, incarcerated father, near death experiences and more. Each time I was able to get back up again. Lots of time using humor to make it through. But the ability to recover quickly from difficult situations is the meaning of the word Resilient. So I am #resilientbydesign!

What's next! After 2 years of quietly making moves. I'm stepping into the light. Resilient is on an upward momentum. With that being said you will see an increase of Resilient by Design related materials from me. Stay on the look out folks. Adjusting my Crown is the first major event for RBD this year. There is more in store. Let's heal!
