Workshop update!
The workshop this weekend is Foundations of therapeutic touch!
A great course for beginners looking to improve their health and wellbeing aswell as their understanding of energy and healing!
No prerequisite needed!

Come and learn Therapeutic Touch!

Do you or someone you know, need relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression? In The new Foundations of Therapeutic Touch® Workshop, you will learn about this complementary healing modality that works well with standard medical practices. In this course, you will discover the history and scientific research behind this healing method, and through hands-on demonstrations and pre-reading, you will leave with a strong understanding of Therapeutic Touch and how to use it.

This is a 2 day workshop, 9am-5pm each day, 16 hours in class experience, plus prereading. Cost is $325. All materials included. For information or registration, contact Martha at [email protected]

Exciting workshop next weekend!!
The Transpersonal Nature of Therapeutic Touch Workshop ®

Purpose: The Transpersonal Nature of Therapeutic Touch builds on the knowledge, skills, and insights acquired through the Foundations of Therapeutic Touch course and intuitional sensory experience) gained from regular practice, broadening the learner’s understanding of the essential elements of TT. Contemplative practices and guided reflective dialogue regarding energetic, emotional, and mental aspects of Therapeutic Touch practice enhance the learner’s self-knowledge and self-inquiry. Learners explore approaches to assisting individuals who are experiencing a variety of health challenges.

This is a 2 day workshop, 9am-5pm each day, 16 hours in class experience, plus prereading. Cost is $350. All materials included. For information or registration, contact Martha at [email protected]

Pre-Requisite: The Foundations of Therapeutic Touch

Recommended: 1-4 months of regular Therapeutic Touch (TT) practice (average of twice weekly) after Foundations of Therapeutic Touch ® Mentorship process with a Recognized Practitioner (RP) or Teacher (RT) Membership in a Therapeutic Touch network Regular participation in a TTNO Branch

This course of study is a pre-requisite for practitioner status.

Happy Fall from Elm Tree Centre!

Here’s an update of everything going on here at the Centre!

Stuart's Ongoing Recovery.
A quick update on our beloved black lab Stuart. He’s recovering very well! The surgeon says he can return to regular activity in just one week! We’d like to thank everyone for sending their thoughts and love our way and donating to our go fund me. On Monday December 9th, we had to say goodbye to Fiona, our most beloved furry friend. She passed away in Katie's arms, at home, with her brothers there to bid her farewell. Fiona was 13, and had lived a full, active, and enjoyable life. Her favourite things included barking, play fighting her brothers and family, eating snow, thrashing anything she could, and being a professional guard dog. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting her, you know she had the most sassy attitude and was smarter than some people. Her presence and personality were huge, and will be greatly missed. Those beautiful 'wings' she had on her shoulders are real now. We love you Fiona, Nona, Noni, Macaroni, Scone, Monsk, Fifi, Roni, Mon, Baloney. May you rest in peace.
