Hey, hi, hello, it’s been a while ☺️

What a wild year it’s been so far! My 2023 wedding season was 10X as busy as previous years and by the end of it, I just had to let the social media go and focus on each booking while juggling what I needed to do/plan/learn for the next.

It’s slowing down now so I’ve had a little break and I finally feel like I can breathe and go again just in time for party season 🥰✨

WE’RE ENGAGED!!

Not me jokingly pointing out every chapel we saw in Vegas for him to actually pull this out when we got to LA. He was planning to do it at the Grand Canyon but apparently someone (me) kept whinging it was freezing and ruined the moment 😂 (it bloody was though)

We’ve been together a long time but being engaged hits different ❤️

Also, you’d think that since I work in this industry I’d have a clue where to start with planning a wedding but literally, no. Any advice is highly welcome but at least the music will be an easy one 🥰 xx

Happy New Year ✨

Thank you so so much to every couple, every venue, every party planner extraordinaire and just anyone who has booked me or recommended me this year to dress up and sing my favourite songs in the name of celebrating, it’s been an absolute blast!

I whole-heartedly love this job and I am forever honoured to be part of your most important life events… THANK YOU!

2022 was my busiest year since I started this little singing business and 2023 is set to be even bigger! I can’t wait to celebrate with all of my 2023 couples, hens, birthday people and all of their wonderful friends and families, I literally have the best clients ❤️

People ask me all the time whether or not I still get nervous. The answer is pretty much ‘no’… singing in front of people is as natural to me as loading a printer. Sometimes I’m even thinking about my dinner while I’m belting out Aretha. BUT…

There are two occasions when I do feel the nerves and that’s when I’m singing entrance songs and first dances.

They’re both such special, exposed moments and it would be mortifyingly obvious if I made a mistake. The pressure and nervous excitement always gets me.

But as soon as I start singing, all of that fades away and it’s not about me anymore. All I can feel is the love in the room and suddenly every one of us is just a witness to a beautiful moment in time ❤️

I’m so excited for the next few years… it’s going to be full of lovely people, celebrating the happiest of days, in the most stunning of settings... I’m so lucky ❤️

Just a side note: I’m now fully booked for evenings in this years wedding season but I still have some daytime ceremony/drinks reception availability.

I had never heard this song before I was asked to learn it to sing one of my beautiful brides down the aisle last week and I think it might be my new favourite sound check song ✨ With the insane acoustics at The Orangery yesterday, I had to get a quick video 🤍

It’s reached that point of wedding season where social media is way down the list of priorities but I just wanted to check in and let you know I’m still here. We’re about half way through now and it’s been an incredible few months so far 🤍 I tell myself every year I’m going to get better at ‘content’ but as the season goes on, I just want to be present and soak up every minute. That being said, when my work is done I might capture the odd moment so here’s a literal highlight reel ✨

These two 🤍🤍 I can’t say I’ve ever laughed while singing a first dance before but I loved how these beautiful brides made their first dance their own and the night only got more fun from here 🎉✨
