I loathed them as a child but really enjoy them as an adult.

These are topped with olive oil spray, salt, pepper, 21 Salute Seasoning from , Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.

Roasted at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

After a post about less food content, the next post is food.

I got a hankering for sea bass, risotto and asparagus. The local Kroger didn't have sea bass or risotto so I opted for mahi and orzo.

It felt good to be back in the kitchen - except for cleanup!

Anyhoo...

Some of you might be wondering why I rarely post food content anymore, particularly charcuterie.

Yet others may wonder why my account is called Good Eatin' when my stories are about fashion, Jeepin', travels - and (sometimes) food.

🤔🤔🤔

The closure of my charcuterie catering business in December 2022, combined with a new season in my life that includes much less time in the kitchen doesn't provide much food content.

While food/charcuterie is no longer my primary focus, Good Eatin' is my brand! I'm a foodie and a charcuterie designer at heart so the name remains.

Moving forward you'll see less food and more of my new season.
