Two years ago, I had the honor and pleasure of marrying two of my dear friends....for their SECOND time to one another! Here's to finding your way back to the person you trust and love most!
The location was waterside, secluded, and perfectly nestled in the grandeur of the Smoky Mountains. And other than the very insistent bear who crashed the wedding, resulting in rangers with tranquilizer guns, it was a day of love and laughter.
Happy anniversary, Sandra and Dave. Love you both and wish you continued blessings. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your celebration.

Even while I am sidelined, I am blessed that the works of the "mission" I have engaged in over the course of my career, carry on in a variety of ways. This is one of them:

I am proud to be a minister who provides ministerial or officiant services without prejudice towards ANY of our individual differences. I also appreciate American Marriage Ministries giving me the opportunity to be a content creator for a ceremonial library used by over a million ministers and by countless couples seeking a ceremony that 'sounds' like who THEY are.
Love, is love. And once I have healed from this next heart surgery, I will continue officiating weddings for those wishing to celebrate their own individual love.

October and fall weddings!

Heading to the "peaceful side of the Smokies" today to marry a sweet couple in beautiful Townsend. It's all about 'options' and how each couple deserves for their special day to be exactly what they dreamed it would be!

It meant a lot to this young couple for someone close to them to participate in their ceremony as an 'officiant' but needed to be sure "the legal part" was handled correctly. As a fully ordained Minister and State Commissioned Notary Public, I have the necessary credentials and qualifications covered. I will deliver the 'Declaration of Intent' which will solemnize their marriage and then will file the license, etc., with the state, fulfilling all TN requirements.

Many couples are choosing this as a way to have a simple or completely unique, but also completely legal, wedding. I am always happy to work with a family member or friend to help them prepare to 'officiate' and can write a custom ceremony which best represents each couple's individuality, personalities, Beliefs, or non-beliefs....because everyone is different, and no couple should have to settle for a 'cookie cutter' wedding!

Live Wedding Music- AP Strings. Excellent and talented musicians who can provide a variety of selections and arrangements
DJ- Adam Reagan and Special Day DJ. Adam is a true professional and the perfect DJ to keep your guests up and dancing.
Coordinator/Day of Coordinator- Katherine Wilson of Florabella Productions. This lady handles everything! She is creative, efficient, and wonderful to work with.
Catering- Lisa Smith at Big Fatty's Catering Kitchen. Lisa is an award winning chef and can serve up everything from simple fare to gourmet dishes.

I am blessed and honored when a couple chooses me to officiate their wedding or write a ceremony which represents that couple, specifically. But the best reward comes when you know you have helped a couple make memories of their special day. This is from a couple I officiated for just this weekend:

"KE Reynolds was our officiant and she was WONDERFUL. She helped with recommendations and was there for me every step of the way for the last year. She did a zoom call with us to prepare the ceremony and captured us perfectly and I just cannot say enough good things about her. We wanted a non-religious ceremony and she had no issues doing that. I was 30 minutes late for the ceremony because the day was total chaos (I will never attempt to plan a wedding again...I'm clearly not good at organization lol) and she was beyond patient and just so amazing."

This couple was so sweet and wonderful to work with and I deeply appreciate their kind words. I am blessed to know them and am so fortunate to get to do what I do.

I belong to various groups of professional ministers and officiants. In light of recent events and the very real threat of the right to marry being removed from LGBTQ individuals, as well as in celebration of Pride month, many of us as a collective have decided to do something tangible in support of equality.

Until August 1st, I will provide a free marital signing for any same s*x couple in the Knoxville and surrounding area wishing to be married and who have obtained a legal marriage license. I am fully ordained (as in not online), a state notary, and am completely within all Tennessee laws to provide this service.
