After retiring from the military and graduating from culinary school, Chef Ava opened Ava's Lowcountry Cuisine to share her love of cooking with others. When she isn’t hosting cooking classes or working as a personal chef, you can find her catering custom meals for social gatherings and events. She might be known for her Southern cuisine with a twist, but her range of dishes knows no continental divides. With her customizable menus and ability to cater to any diet, your dining options are nearly endless. No matter what kind of food you eat, you can count on Chef Ava for a meal you won’t forget.
