Helicon - Glasgow have released ‘Flume’, the first single from their third studio album ‘God Intentions' due out on April 28th via Fuzz Club. Heading to Helicons home turf of Glasgow with an idea to create a “A bizarre journey of memory & experience propelled from moment to moment through a psychedelic log flume”, Sophie Barrott with Tom Edwards shot around the city over a dreary January weekend which turned into what Fuzz Club Records described as as “a masterclass in cinematic psychedelia”. John-Paul Hughes said this about the LP “‘God Intentions’ is inspired by my brother Gary's story and a few other influences. It's a journey through regret, redemption and resurrection. Our familiar darkness is there, but the record carries a fresh and uplifting positivity. I had a clear idea of how I wanted it to sound and feel long before it began.
