A Short Intro

DJ and producer Jords is a committed young artist who has been consistently on the rise. After spending 2018/19 in Berlin, further touching up his sound and developing his DJ set, he has returned to the UK as a fully rounded artist.

Having picked up residencies in Newcastle at Block Party, GroovyDiscoTech and Concept 10, he has accumulated a catalogue of supporting sets for the likes of Joseph Capriati, PAX, Pirate Copy, Jacky, Cloonee and may more. The end of 2019 brought a debut set at the notorious KitKat Club Berlin, of which more sets are scheduled in 2020!

2019 saw the release of Jords’ EP ‘Perspective’ with Underground Berlin-based label Lost Crate Records. The exciting EP consists of 3 driving progressive cuts as well as 3 remixes from established producers Ornery (Lost Crate), Felix FX (Kit Kat Resident) and TwoB.

Now, in 2020 we’ve seen J:ORDS deliver a techno infused 5-track, all original, ‘Culture’ EP. Streaming across all platforms to buy and stream. This EP is a statement of intent, a pure demonstration of the development and direction of the 24 year-old. This year has also seen Live Stream DJing boom, of which J:ORDS has taken in his stride. With several DJ sets now available online including virtual festival sets, home grown sets and more, all with professional audio/visual quality. Find on his page now and check them out.
