Accountability is one of the quickest ways to create trust among clients and team members. Here are some great principles to maximize the accountability in your relationships, the creativity, and productivity in the workplace:
1. Set clear expectations with team members
2. Communicate as often as possible
3. Be proactive vs reactive. Coach and collaborate
4. Don’t shift blame, accept responsibility and course correct quickly
5. Be open to feedback
6. Understand the responsibilities of the various roles within your workplace
7. Ask lots of questions - be curious!
8. Avoid gossip at all costs and be mindful of your emotions
9. Be kind. Everyone has a life outside of the workplace, with circumstances you’re unaware of, kindness matters.

In 2019, we used showhomes for F&B service at the first Member + Guest event.
In 2020, we landscaped a trailer with a portable washroom from the oil rigs, and later that year, we moved into the .pad.golf building.
On September 14th, 2021, the Clubhouse broke ground.
Fast Forward to June 28, 2023, and the new Mickelson National Clubhouse opened its doors. So much growth, so much change, so much excitement.
A huge congrats to ownership! Sending so much respect and praise to everyone involved in this project! 💚

•FOUR YEARS OLD•
In 2018, I had a big dream and started envisioning a very different life for myself. So I went back to school, I planted my entrepreneurial seed, and made a choice to change my destiny. My arrival to this point today, has turned out to be one of my greatest accomplishments.
How has this much time passed already? Immense gratitude, waves of highs and lows, excitement, fear…just some of the many emotions I have experienced over the last five years! I wouldn’t take a minute of it back.
To all who have put your faith and trust in me and my work, thank you. I have valued and appreciated every opportunity to grow.
