Eat-Sum-More biscuits recipe
4 Ingridients

200g butter or baking margarine
Half cup oil
1 cup icing sugar
4 cups of flour

Method

Cream butter and icing sugar till well combined,add cooking oil and mix then add your flour and form a soft dough..

Roll your dough on floured sùrface and cut into desired shapes
You can shape the dough into a rectangle or sausage shape🤦‍♀️, cover with a cling wrap and put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs, slice and bake
bake at 160 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes

Bar-One Cake

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

220ml Stork Baking Margarine
125ml cocoa
5ml coffee
250ml water
440ml self-raising flour
2 extra-large eggs
350ml sugar
190ml milk
10ml vanilla essence

Sauce Ingredients

150g Bar-One, cut into pieces
100g milk chocolate
110ml cream
5ml Stork Baking Margarine

To decorate

Whipped cream
Chocolate pieces

Step by step method

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Melt the Stork Bake margarine. Add the cocoa, coffee and water and heat together until warm.

Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy.

Add the vanilla essence, milk and self raising flour.

Add the warm cocoa/Stork mixture to the egg and flour mixture and mix together.

Pour into a baking tray or cake tin.

Bake for approximately 60 minutes at 180ºC.

Melt all the ingredients together.

Make sure the sauce is warm when the cake comes out the oven.

Pour the sauce over the cake as soon as you remove it from the oven.

Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate pieces once the cake has cooled.

BAR ONE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Serves 4
4 Bar Ones
150 g Marshmallows
15 ml cacao
100 ml milk
1. Chop 3 1/2 Bar Ones
2. Microwave chocolates and milk together on full power (1 000 W) for one minute
3. Add the cacao and stir well. Add the marshmalloss and microwave again for another minute until the marshmalloss have puffed up
4. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth
5. Transfer to four individual serving dishes
6. Refrigerate to set
7. Slice the remaining half a Bar One into eight slices
8. Top each mousse pot with two slices of Bar One to garnish

PEPPERMINT CRISP TART
with JELLY

1 pack tennis biscuits
1 packet lemon flavoured jelly
250ml boiling water
1 tin Ideal milk, cold
1 tin Caramel Treat
1 large peppermint crisp

Dissolve the jelly in the boiled water and leave to cool until just before it begins to stall. Beat the Ideal milk until thick. Now combine the jelly mixture and caramel treat with it.
Pack a layer of tennis biscuits in a baking dish, grate half of the peppermint crisp over the layer of biscuits and pour half the ideal milk mixture over the chocolate.
Repeat the process and leave to cool down completely.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I served this crustless quiche at a church lunch, and I had to laugh when one guy told me how much he disliked vegetables. Many people were surprised by how much they loved this veggie-filled quiche recipe—and he was one of them! —Melinda Calverley, Janesville, Wisconsin

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

2/3 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham

5 large eggs

3 cups shredded Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. Add spinach and ham; cook and stir until the excess moisture is evaporated. Cool slightly. Beat eggs; add cheese
add cheese and mix well. Stir in spinach mixture and pepper; blend well. Spread evenly into a greased 9-in. pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

TURKISH BREAD

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️8½ cup flour(1,1kg)
◾️1.7 cup of warm water 400 ml
◾️1.7 cup of yogurt 400ml
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️1 pack dry instant yeast 10 g
◾️3 tbsp vegetable oil
◾️½ cups butter 60 g

METHOD

◾️Mix yoghurt and water together.
◾️Stir in flour, yeast and salt.
◾️When you have obtained a fine dough, coat it with oil, and cover
with transparent material
◾️Leave the dough for 15 minutes in a dry and warm place.
◾️After the dough comes in, oil your hands, separate the dough from the pan.
◾️Divide it into eight balls.
◾️Knead the balls and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
◾️Roll each dough ball into a circle and bake on a heated pan.
◾️While the bread is warm, coat it with butter.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

1 box Nuttikrust biscuits (use both packets)
90g Stork Baking Margarine, melted

Filling Ingredients

150g pink and white marshmallows, finely chopped (reserve 3 white and 3 pink marshmallows for decoration)
12 glace cherries, cut into small pieces
5ml vanilla essence
250ml cream
1 tin condensed milk
100g crushed pineapple, drained
125ml lemon juice

Step by step method

Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted Stork Bake.

Grease a glass pie dish and line the base and sides with the crumbs.

Press down firmly with the back of a spoon and place in the fridge.

Mix the condensed milk, lemon juice,chopped marshmallows, crushed pineapple, cherries and vanilla essence together.

Whip cream until stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture.

Pour into the chilled base and refrigerate.

When set, decorate with whipped cream and reserved marshmallows.
