Welcome to the first edition of Foodie Friday! Every Friday we will be sharing our favorite tips, recipes, and ideas with you!

For our very first Foodie Friday post we introduce to you *cue the royal 🎺trumpets🎺* the BAGEL 🥯 MOUNTAIN!!!! This is one of our favorite ways to display a large quantity of bagels at an event.

We ditch the platter, put a few upside down chafing dishes under a tablecloth to create our mountain, and then assemble the bagels on top. This makes such a fun, interesting display that is much more unique than a platter or basket!

We are a husband and wife catering and event planning team located in Tallahassee, Florida. We love creating one-of-a-kind menus, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and making your event a unique occasion. We can't wait to work with you!

Fun fact: The name “Howl at the Food” was inspired by our hike on the Appalachian Trail! We hiked 300 miles of the AT in 2014 and it was an incredible experience. One of the little known (and most fun!) parts of hiking the AT is that everyone gets a “trail name” to go by. Ours were Lobo and Luna...wolf and moon. This was a huge inspiration to call ourselves Howl at the Food!
