B. Young Photography came out to shoot with me yesterday evening after deciding to jump into the photography world!

Be sure to like her page! She is a very talented woman, WONDERFUL with littles, and building something amazing for herself.

She has been a long time client and someone who became a friend along the way.

For a while now I have been wondering how I can make a bigger impact not just in my career but in my life. I struggle a lot with feeling worthy, meeting my own standards, wondering if I am setting a good example. I live in a constant state of feeling "not good enough".

Yesterday got me thinking that maybe that gift I am hoping to share with the world is mentorship. Offering a helping hand when it's needed. Giving advice to those who are interested in the same things or living through the same struggles.

I want to be a source for other entrepreneurs to feel safe confiding in. I want to see people thrive!

Who doesn't love an editing timelapse? There's so much work that goes into every single photo. This is actually a great example of one of my favorite techniques - masking! 💻 I can isolate certain features (skin, eyes, teeth, etc.) individually to achieve the look I'm going for. I will also go back in with a custom brush to tweak anything that needs a little extra attention 👁👄 ...the photoshoot itself is such a small part of what photographers do ❤️
