北方大学文艺慈善晚会月影心随心 (北大月影心随心) 创始于2005年，至今已有16年历史。北大月影心随心最初以中秋庆典为活动目的，让异乡的华裔学子能在北方大学共度佳节，寄思送情于远方的家人。截至第八届开始，北大月影心随心的活动加入了文艺慈善晚会的字眼，将活动主轴定为三分中秋及七分文艺慈善的元素。在欢庆中秋的同时，北大月影心随心也为宣扬中华文化与艺术，以及公益慈善献出一份力。北大月影心随心自2017年开始推行《温情送暖系列》活动，为有需要的人带来人间温暖，同时提供平台让北大生亲身投入公益活动，传递爱心与正能量，并提倡“取之社会，用之社会”的精神。北大月影心随心于2019年，第二季大专青纸飞机青年创意奖荣获《卓越突破团体奖》。本会的宗旨为传承与实践中华传统文化，从而提倡社会和谐的理念。同时也提供北大生发挥和展现一技之长的平台，在舞台上发光发热。

Hand in Hand Under The

Moonlight (HIHUTM) was founded in 2005. HIHUTM originally took Mid-Autumn Festival celebration as its primary activity, so that students from all over the nation could spend this festive season together and send their thoughts to their distant families. As of the eighth session, the words of literary charity event have been added to the activities of HIHUTM, and the main axis of the activities has been set as the elements of three-point Mid-Autumn Festival and seven-point literary charity. While celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, HIHUTM also contributes to the promotion of Chinese culture, art and charity. Since 2017, HIHUTM has launched its "Charity Community Service Series" to bring warmth for people in need. At the same time, it provides a platform for Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) students to personally participate in public welfare activities, convey love, positive energy, and advocate the spirit of giving back to the society. The purpose of this association is to inhering thru practice of Chinese Traditional Culture, thus promoting the concept of social harmony amongst one another . At the same time, it also provides a platform for UUM students to display their skills and shine on the stage.

Last year, at the Cultural Festival - Survegence, we brought everyone on a captivating journey through culture and tradition with various areas, including the Game Area, Experience Area, Workshops, Hanfu Area, Performance Area, Food Area, Exhibition Area and Gateway Area. “築”由竹字头、工、凡、木组成，代表了建造和构筑的意思，象征着一个平凡的工人用木头或竹子等材料去构建基础。这一寓意也映射了我们活动的发展历程：从最初的晚会，到第8届加入的文艺慈善晚会，再到第13届推行的温情送暖系列，以及第18届的线下文化嘉年华，这些努力都是为了打下坚实的基础，使后继者能够实现他们的心愿。

“愿”代表着愿望和心愿，表达了对美好未来的向往和渴望。在“築愿”中，“愿”突显了人们对愿望的追求和实现的渴望，是心愿的起点和驱动力。它代表了我们这一届的期望和目标，例如我们希望可以将文化嘉年华和文艺慈善晚会结合在一起。这些心愿是我们的努力方向，也是我们希望实现的目标。

徽章《築愿》的颜色是由自由色与希望色系和绿色以及黄色所呈现。今年的主题融入了竹子，萤火虫和星星为元素。竹子扎根于大地，象征坚韧的基础和不断生长的潜力，而萤火虫以微弱的光芒在夜空中闪烁，每一份微小的努力汇聚在一起，也能照亮黑暗。而在这片光芒之上，同时星星点缀着天空，象征着希望和梦想，指引我们朝向远方不断追寻心中的渴望。

The word “築” is composed of bamboo, worker, mortal, and wood, which represents the meaning of construction and building, symbolising an ordinary worker who builds a foundation with materials such as wood or bamboo. This symbolism also maps the development of our activities: from the first event night to the 8th Literary Charity Event Night, to the 13th Charity Community Service, and the 18th Offline Cultural Festival, all these efforts are aimed at laying a solid foundation so that our successors can realise their wishes.

The word “愿” represents aspirations, and wishes and expresses the desire and longing for a better future. In “築愿”, “愿” highlights people's pursuit of their wishes and desire to realise them. This will become the starting point and driving force of their wishes. It represents our expectations and goals for this term. For example, we hope to combine the Cultural Festival with the Event Night. These wishes are the direction of our efforts and the goals we hope to achieve.

“築愿” combines the meaning of building wishes and constructing an ideal future. Through “築”, we emphasize the process of building wishes, which requires patience, hard work, and continuous dedication, just like the construction of a solid building. All foundations are built by the efforts of those who came before to provide a solid cornerstone for those who come after. Then, the next generation with aspirations will continue to work on this foundation and build on their aspirations.

Looking back, we see the efforts and perseverance of generation after generation. From the simple organization of activities at the beginning to the colourful cultural festival and event night today, every step of the process could not be separated from the silent dedication of those planning committees. With their own hands and wisdom, they have built a magnificent building and bit by bit, they have laid a solid foundation for the future. It is this spirit that enables us to stand on the shoulders of our predecessors and continue to move forward, pursuing higher goals and reaching greater aspirations. Each generation has its aspirations, and these aspirations are not just visions for a better future, but also the determination and conviction to realize these goals.

“築愿” carries our expectations for the future and pays tribute to the past. Every brick and tile is the result of the efforts and sweat of countless people. The road ahead is full of challenges, but as long as we keep the original intention and keep working hard, we believe that all our wishes will become reality. The process of “築愿” is not only a material construction but also a spiritual inheritance and development. In each generation, we have gained valuable experience and formed a unique spiritual culture.

In addition, promoting Chinese culture is one of the Chinese nation's fundamental tasks and the spirit of “築愿” embodies the aspiration for a better future and the pursuit of Chinese cultural confidence. Inheriting the beauty of China is not just about reviewing history, but also about integrating traditional culture into contemporary society and realizing innovative development. Architecture is willing to innovate based on traditional culture and combine it with modernity to inject new vitality and impetus into the development of Chinese culture. Tracing the source of culture enables people to understand more deeply the origin and heritage of Chinese culture. It also feels the nourishment and inspiration of traditional culture to the heart's desire. The concept of “築愿” becomes more deeply rooted in people's hearts and minds to inspire them to make unremitting efforts for the realization of their wishes.

“築愿” is not only the theme of an event but also an expression of the beliefs and pursuits of every one of us. We wish that everyone with a wish will be able to build on this solid foundation and bravely pursue their desires. No matter how big the challenges are, as long as we are united and work hard, all good wishes will become reality. We hope that this spirit of “築愿” will inspire more people to find strength and motivation in a common vision. The badge for 築愿 is composed of the colours of nature and hope including green and yellow. This year’s theme incorporates bamboo, fireflies and stars as elements. Bamboo is deeply embedded in the earth symbolizing a tenacious foundation and the potential for continuous growth, just like fireflies flicker in the night sky with a faint light, every small effort combined can brighten the darkness. Above this light, a star adorning the sky, representing hope, and dreams and guiding us to pursue our ambition in the distance.

此区被命名为“愿望塔”，位于礼堂的中心位置。只需走进入口，就能看到本会精心布置的展览区域。

➡️游戏区：
游戏区域位于礼堂的左右两侧，一共被分为三个区域，每个区域内将设有富有挑战的游戏等大家来挑战!这些游戏将考验你们的智慧，创造力等。快与拉上朋友一同来挑战！

➡️舞台区：
舞台区将是本次推介礼的核心所在，现场将揭晓本会晚会的主题、晚会徽章以及一系列内容。本会也为大家准备了特别的环节，请大家敬请期待！

With the Launching Ceremony approaching, we’re sure everyone is curious and excited about the details of our activities! To make it easier to understand the event arrangements, we have carefully prepared a detailed floor plan to help everyone easily find the main areas of the promotional event. The Launching Ceremony is divided into three main sections, each offering unique content and experiences. We look forward to everyone’s exploration and participation!

Below is a detailed introduction to each section:
➡️Exhibition Area:
This area is named the "Tower of Wishes," this area is located at the centre of the hall. Simply walk through the entrance, and you'll find our thoughtfully arranged exhibition area.

➡️Game Area:
The game area is located on both sides of the hall and is divided into three sections. Each section will feature challenging games for everyone to take on! These games will test your intelligence, creativity, and more. Bring your friends and come join the challenge!

➡️Stage Area:
The stage area will be the core of the Launching Ceremony, where the theme of our event night, the event badges, and a series of exciting details will be revealed. We also have a special session prepared, so stay tuned for what’s to come!

【温情送暖2024之448 Food Bank Charity Community Service 2024 - 448 Food Bank】

2024年9月22日，北大月影心随心在巴生以志愿者的身份参与了448 Food Bank举办的物资派送活动，本会为表心意也提供了短暂的物资支援。本会举行此活动的目的是为了给弱势群体送去关怀与温暖。本次活动不仅提供短期生活援助，也旨在推广448 Food Bank的公益理念，鼓励更多大专生参与其中。

448 Food Bank的名字起源于一年12个月中，每月抽出4小时关怀他人，总计48小时。创立于2013年，最初是帮助儿童院「福爱之家」，因捐赠物资过剩，转而组织职工将食物分发给有需要的家庭，而非现金资助。到 2018年已逐步发展成食物银行，服务超千户家庭。他们是一个帮助弱势群体的非营利组织。志愿者通过捐赠、分类和整理物资，最后将爱心传递给有需要的人。

活动期间，本会与448 Food Bank委员以身体力行的方式为有需要的家庭送上日常所需物资。派送活动结束后，本会与448 Food Bank委员进行了心得分享环节，深入了解了448 Food Bank的初衷与使命。通过这一系列的公益活动，本会深刻体会到组织者和受助家庭的艰辛，希望北大学子们能积极参与公益，为有需要的人带去人间温暖。

因为爱能改变世界，因为爱能改变我们的生命。所以，公益趁现在，散播社会爱！

On the 22nd of September 2024, Hand In Hand Under The Moonlight participated as a volunteer in a donation activity organised by the 448 Food Bank in Klang, and we also provided a short period of material support as a token of our appreciation. The purpose of this event is to provide care and warmth to the underprivileged. This activity not only provides short-term living assistance but also aims to promote the public welfare concept of 448 Food Bank and encourage more tertiary students to participate in it.

The name 448 Food Bank comes from caring for others for 4 hours a month for 12 months of the year, a total of 48 hours. 448 Food Bank was founded in 2013, it started as a way to help ‘Home of Love’ which is a children's home, and due to surplus donations, it switched to organising staff to distribute food to needy families instead of cash grants. By 2018 it has gradually developed into a food bank, serving over a thousand families. They are a non-profit organisation that helps the less fortunate. Volunteers donate, sort and organise the supplies and finally pass on the love to those in need.

During the event, we and 448 Food Bank members physically delivered the daily needs of the families in need. After the donation programme, a sharing session was held to gain a deeper understanding of the mission and objectives of 448 Food Bank. Through this series of charity activities, we deeply appreciate the hardship of the organisers and the recipient families, and hope that the students of Peking University can actively participate in public welfare and bring warmth to the needy!

Because love can change the world because love can change our lives. So seize the opportunity for public welfare now by spreading love in society!

The inheritance of Chinese culture is not only a respect and commemoration of history but also an important force in maintaining national unity and cultural identity. In the context of globalisation, how to inherit and carry forward the essence of our culture so that it can shine even brighter in the new era is the common responsibility and mission that each of us shoulders. We need to pass on the spirit of Chinese culture to every future generation.

Wood carving, this ancient skill, embodies the essence of culture for thousands of years. It is not only a skill but also an art form that carries the profound connotation of Chinese culture. The wood is transformed into a vivid work of art under the blade of the craftsman. What is carved is not only the form but also the essence of Chinese culture. Wood carving requires extremely exquisite craftsmanship, and carvers need to master various complex techniques. Each knife represents the inheritance and innovation of skills. Through delicate carving techniques, wood carvings show the unique charm of traditional Chinese art and become an important part of Chinese culture.

【温情送暖2024之448 Food Bank Charity Community Service 2024 - 448 Food Bank】 2024年9月22日，北大月影心随心在巴生以志愿者的身份参与了448 Food Bank举办的物资派送活动，本会为表心意也提供了短暂的物资支援。本会举行此活动的目的是为了给弱势群体送去关怀与温暖。本次活动不仅提供短期生活援助，也旨在推广448 Food Bank的公益理念，鼓励更多大专生参与其中。 448 Food Bank的名字起源于一年12个月中，每月抽出4小时关怀他人，总计48小时。创立于2013年，最初是帮助儿童院「福爱之家」，因捐赠物资过剩，转而组织职工将食物分发给有需要的家庭，而非现金资助。到 2018年已逐步发展成食物银行，服务超千户家庭。他们是一个帮助弱势群体的非营利组织。志愿者通过捐赠、分类和整理物资，最后将爱心传递给有需要的人。 活动期间，本会与448 Food Bank委员以身体力行的方式为有需要的家庭送上日常所需物资。派送活动结束后，本会与448 Food Bank委员进行了心得分享环节，深入了解了448 Food Bank的初衷与使命。通过这一系列的公益活动，本会深刻体会到组织者和受助家庭的艰辛，希望北大学子们能积极参与公益，为有需要的人带去人间温暖。 因为爱能改变世界，因为爱能改变我们的生命。所以，公益趁现在，散播社会爱！ On the 22nd of September 2024, Hand In Hand Under The Moonlight participated as a volunteer in a donation activity organised by the 448 Food Bank in Klang, and we also provided a short period of material support as a token of our appreciation. The purpose of this event is to provide care and warmth to the underprivileged. This activity not only provides short-term living assistance but also aims to promote the public welfare concept of 448 Food Bank and encourage more tertiary students to participate in it.
