My Yiayia’s Baklava
My wonderful Greek Yiayia taught me how to make baklava when I was old enough to stand on a chair in her kitchen in Springfield, Massachusetts! She was born on the beautiful northern Greek island of Le**os and came to the United States as a young girl. I am honored to pass on her unique recipe for this sweet, delicious Greek pastry. I love to make it and everyone has told me it is simply the best! So I decided to start a home-based catering business in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod for those who would like to serve baklava at a party, family gathering, or small event. I sell it only by the tray, but it is delicious frozen as well!
