We love a Canva wedding hack. Here’s how I use “Bulk Create” to make table numbers when we’re looking for a simple, printed option.
You can use this method for place cards too! Let me know if you want a tutorial on that 🩷

Just living in a dream world where brides become besties.
Layout creation for an event is the most extensive part of the design process. It’s where the creativity and logistics have to both shine. It’s by far my favorite puzzle to solve and I think my passion for it has become something I’m known for.
Here’s a brief look into the many steps to create an event layout.
1. Measure the space with the precision of an interior designer
2. Draft a sketch with the measurements included
3. Use that sketch to create the venue or building in a layout software. I use @merri and sometimes @prismm_technologies
3.5 Sometimes a software has a venue loaded already and that is great! I still measure and check it according to my standards 😉
4. Begin by placing non-negotiables like a buffet, bar or dance floor in the space
5. Add all remaining aspects like guest seating and lounge areas. I have different goals for every client so when and why I place different things just has to do with the design.

If this speaks to you then save it or share it. 🤍
1-2-3…too many to count!?
If you’re a wedding fan and also know where this quote is from then run to the “follow” button, just sayin’.
Decision fatigue is real. A well trained planner and designer knows exactly what their client would choose and also the decisions they would want to make themselves!

You guys loved seeing Summer’s reaction to her beautiful tablescapes (a few reels back) so we had to share a peek at the details.
She went with such a soothing, but inviting palette and the minimalism + personalizations paired so well together.
