Frances at Dover Grace has absolutely saved my wedding! I am getting married in just a few days and I needed last minute alterations to my dress. Frances graciously took on the task with such kindness and reassurance! I had been in tears thinking that I'd have to get a different dress altogether, but Frances saved the day and made my dress even more beautiful than before! It fits like a glove and I am so excited to wear it for my wedding this weekend. Not only has she done incredible, swift work, she is so encouraging and kind. Though I'd been stressed to the max, Frances calmed me down and reassured me that all would be well. In addition to her excellent interpersonal skills, she is clearly passionate about her craft, with exceptional technical skills to boot. I highly recommend this incredible shop!
