-Hope everyone’s doing well and that this crazy yr (thus far ) has been treating y’all well… I’m Still MOVNG, just Took Alil social media break to revamp myself. Life can get hectic, and things can become extremely overwhelming… so for this New Yr I needed to reevaluate a lot of things. Still figuring it all out, one day at a time, but still WORKING 👩🏽‍🍳💪🏽… I have alot of content to edit and share, events I’ve done post the holidays, recipes etc… -

Honey Garlic glazed salmon w/ roasted broccolini and roasted garlic Mashed potatoes 👌🏽AMAZIN -
Seasoned the salmon with my own blend of lemon pepper and ginger blend, A touch of smoked paprika, pink Himalayan salt-

Then Pan seared the seasoned salmon in garlic and herb butter w a touch of olive oil got them nice and toasty, removed the salmon added 4 chopped cloves of garlic to the same pan, a touch of white wine about 1/4 cup, and 1/2 a lemon 🍋 let that cook down a bit and then added my 🍯 honey, once bubbly I put the heat down to low added the salmon back to the pan cooked basted it for another minute or so and boom! 👌🏽 DONZO 🙌🏼-
