His music fosters reflection, movement, and emotional connection, using healing frequencies to inspire a recalibration of the mind, body, and spirit.

This will be a deeply immersive weekend in the flow of the present moment; allowing ourselves to be instruments of peace benefiting the greater good of all life. Lokah Samasta Sukinoh Bhavantu.

This is a 3-day retreat, Friday to Sunday. There are a variety of ticketing options to make it accessible and flexible for as many as possible:

1. Join for the day only, without accommodation i.e. join either Friday/Saturday/Sunday without staying over on the Farm
2. Join for Friday and Saturday, with 1 night beautiful luxury barn accommodation on Friday night
3. Join for the entire weekend, Friday to Sunday, with 2 nights beautiful accommodation on the farm ❤️

We lovingly crafted our yoga shala, known as the Maloca, using reclaimed wood from the iconic Heathrow airport stage. This brought joy and laughter to many, and we knew it would enhance the charm of our beautiful healing studio.

Our Vision

To allow parents and carers the time and space to attune inwards, to become more relaxed, grounded and focussed, through sound meditation and other mindfulness practices. Simultaneously, children have the opportunity to engage in therapeutic and mindful activities outdoors using play and exploration.

We recognise that we live in a busy, noisy world and many struggle to find dedicated time to slow down and be present. As home educators, we understand the challenge of juggling all of the responsibilities that are part of the home ed journey, with working and general care-taking.

We aim to create a community where parents can begin to unwind and start or continue their own journey of mindfulness, confident that their children are well taken care of, while also developing their own mindfulness practice.

Meet one of our residents who loves a bita sun and a leisurely stroll without a map, seeing where life may lead. 🐞 The collective name for ladybirds is the Coccinellidae, which has its origins in the Latin word coccineus meaning ‘scarlet’. The word ‘Ladybird’ is thought to have been inspired by early images of the Virgin Mary who would appear wearing a red cloak. The number of spots on a ladybird indicates what species it belongs to, not, as commonly believed, how old it is. We've got a new obsession... karate! 🥋 At the beginning of the year we met our long-time neighbour for the first time - Sensai Tom. It turns out he's been teaching karate for 40 years and has a Dojo (Karate school) directly opposite @the.croft.farm.escape. Ever since we met, we've been practicing Karate with Sensai Tom twice a week, and its safe to say we love it... so here's us watching videos of Karate Legend, Bruce Lee in The Studio in front of the fire 🔥 Stay tuned for more announcements about Karate & Sensai Tom's offerings 👀

19th July - we made it!⁠ After a long 18 months of restrictions we're looking forward to standing up and dancing indoors.⁠ ⁠ And if you'd still rather a private boogie - The Studio is perfectly set up for your needs.
