This page started out as "just" a dream and tattoo interpretation site where you could learn what yours meant, or train on how to do this. You could (and still can) also find out when we will do events and you can come visit our teams to get a free interpretation or spiritual reading. I also make custom costumes (specializing in Renaissance, elf, faerie wings, period, and cosplay), jewelry (check

out the elf ear cuffs!) and tabletop Christmas trees. I'm posting pictures and new things are created, so check us out here on Facebook, as well as at the website. Contact me to share your vision of a costume, and I will do my best to create it!

Anytime I make something for Mark, it’s a collaboration. He’s a creative soul and comes up with wild ideas. So far I’ve made him a full mask beaver sporran with dragon eyes and cute little leather ears, and an otter bag that is long enough to fit a full bottle of whisky (because, yes, whisky!) We meet up at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games and he always has some fun project percolating. This year he had the white sheep pelt and the gold metal pieces. My assignment was to create straps to rig it together so he could wear it. Mission accomplished!!

Custom leather gauntlets delivered yesterday. I forgot to get a final picture after adding the top half of the snaps, but they were close to being finished here.

Not a costume or leather. Just a picture of our goofy puppy, Addy! She’s almost 6 months and growing like a w**d. She’s already 40 lbs. We are in love with her!

This is an Alabama themed quilt I’m periodically working on. It took me a week to create the center square appliqué, but I sure had fun making it using several different techniques. I found out that I REALLY ENJOY challenging myself with recreating pictures with fabric. It was very labor intense and I was on a learning curve, having never done it before. I learned a new technique this morning thanks to .williams and will try it on my next complex appliqué challenge! Her suggestion is to use clear monofilament thread to do the appliqué which would have saved me needing to buy all the different colors of thread I used for each piece, not to mention all the time I spent changing the thread colors to match each piece of fabric!

Sneak peek! Almost finished with the Christmas fairy costume. I hope to get the blouse made today and some hand sewing done (including sewing removable jingle bells that can snap into the skirt - because, of course I am!) 😉 Scamper really worked hard yesterday helping me install almost 5 yards of horsehair braid to the hem of the red sequin under skirt. We’re doing a professional photoshoot the end of October, so hopefully we’ll get those pictures back the beginning of November.

Scamper momentarily sat on the decoy bolt of fabric, and I got excited thinking it was going on work. Then he noticed I had the green lace (for the skirt on the Christmas Fairy costume) out on the table and was adding a ruffle. 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️ He watches intently any time I’m doing something on the cutting table. 😉🙃

I don’t know what I’m going to do with this incorrigible boy! I’ve been locking the cats out while I’m sewing. I went into the kitchen for coffee and came back to this! I can’t tell if Scamper wants to help, or if he wants to BE the Christmas fairy! 😉😂🤣

Work has begun on the Christmas fairy costume. Well actually the cutting out and sewing part. I’ve been working for over two years on the design, and also on gathering fabric and trims. Tocho (pronounced toe-coe) is my blue-eyed helper today.

My beautiful girl! 😍

Today, I got to have the most wonderful imaginary food served by a two-year-old little girl. I also got to play the floor is lava with a bunch of pirates. Don't worry, they weren't real pirates!...At least I think they weren't real pirates! What a great day!
