Disc Gauntlet's main objective is to grow disc golf in the state of Nebraska.

Disc Gauntlet is a disc golf events promoter operated by Jake Hedden PDGA # 114451, Vail Erickson PDGA #51651, Chris Holton PDGA # 113526, & Jesie Kohl PDGA # 125146. We do this by hosting events with the local communities assistance to showcase some of Nebraska's hidden gems. Disc Gauntlet strives to provide a unique tournament experience to players of all skill levels. We also are always on the loo

For those looking to get a practice round in today for Putting Away Hunger, holes 10-17 are marked and flagged for OB. Holes 1, 3-9 and 18 will be marked today likely following the cut line to the tall grass. Will post finalized OB later today.

Boomfest has come and gone. Competitors battled it out on three different courses with lots of added cash up for grabs! In the end only one winner could take home the trophies in each division! Congratulations to the champions!

River Run baskets have all been moved to Boomfest Disc Golf Tournament 2024 positions. The pins will stay the same for both pools. This year will have no extra OB after further consideration. I hope everyone enjoys the mix of pins and finds them to be the more fun and beautiful pin positions that this course has to offer.
If you are looking forward to Boomfest this year let us know! We have a ton of added cash this year for both Pros and Ams! Not only will you have an opportunity to play a 3 round Btier on 3 really fun courses, there are other events you can compete in!
On Wednesday players can join us at river run for the annual Throwing for Hailey tournament. Friday we have doubles and a glow round. And Saturday night we will have a Disc Gauntlet tag match and a players party!

Congratulations to Joel Freeman - Disc Golfer on becoming the Elpison Tour: Boomfest 2023 MPO Champion. Joel Freeman made up six strokes this afternoon and pushed a playoff with Randy Dueck. After making a clutch straddle putt on hole #1, Joel parked hole #2 and put the pressure on Randy to make the putt. Randy battled hard, but came up short, with Joel taking it down with a birdie. Congratulations Randy on a hard faught tournament.
Our very own Emma Arp is your Elpison Tour: Boomfest 2023 FPO Champion. Emma was a trooper and played through an injury on her non-throwing arm that limited her mobility. Way to go Emma!
6/5- June is here, and we are getting ready for a 5 week stretch. Updates/Changes- This weekend kicks off our five week stretch of Disc Gauntlet events. We will be in Falls City for Siege of Stanton Lake this Saturday. Jonathan Fletcher is in the lead for MPO, with Blaine Wood and Deitric Schweitzer closely behind. Emma Arp is in the lead for the FPO field. There are plenty of events left to earn points, including the Elpison Tour: Boomfest 2023, which will also have at least $1500 added cash between Disc Gauntlet and the Norfolk Sports Council. Boomfest is the first weekend of July, so keep it in mind as you plan for your 4th of July weekend. News- Wave 3 of Ledgestone is around the corner, and we should have it available for Plum Creek Classic. We are excited to bring this last wave of Ledgestone discs to you, with some killer stamps on your favorite molds. We look forward to seeing everyone these next few weeks!

4/17/23 - News: It is pretty quiet this week as we prepare for Big Blue this weekend. We do have some exciting news regarding our inventory options. We have a limited amount of Horizon Cloud Breakers in our inventory. They will be in Beatrice on Saturday. We also are excited to announce the second wave of Ledgestone (Discraft) will be available to the public on April 21st. That means we will have them for this Saturday. Come spend some money or use your payouts/credit to take home some gems. When you purchase a wave two Ledgestone disc, Jake will do a happy dance... ...maybe.
