The Unsung Heroes of Northern BC event is about regular citizens who have accomplished something extraordinary. These are the citizens who have made a difference in the communities and have made Northern BC proud. The Unsung Hero event will showcase all the remarkable contributi
ons and the journeys of extraordinary people as they help society improve and they themselves become an inspiration to others. The goal is to find real life heroes and encourage others to follow in their footsteps. It gives us a medium to honour individuals of the North and display appreciation & recognition on them for their inspirational work and wholehearted kindness. The appreciation and recognition is also intended to encourage community awareness and to instill in others the responsibility of working towards a more inclusive, compassionate and prosperous society. Nominations for Heroes will open November 15, 2016 and all those nominated will be reviewed by our panel of judges who individually reside throughout Northern BC. The process will culminate in an appreciation and recognition ceremony on February 4, 2017. We would also like to include Pet stories, our show also aims to honour pets that have done something astonishing for people and demonstrated bravery. If you know of any such Real Life Heroes, please nominate them in form of Audio and Video with us and motivate people for the Show. Every nomination will be documented and verified and our Independent Judges will make their decision for the final inclusions. All of the nominated Real Life Heroes stories will be published in the our company’s website. Winners will be Rewarded & Recognized by Sponsors and other local dignitaries. We will all celebrate their extraordinary contribution, along with the multicultural and entertaining programs in a public event.
