Can’t think of anyone better to honour on International Women’s Day than my fabulous aunt, who sadly we had to say goodbye to far too soon. Born in India, raised in England, lived globally. A truly international woman. Fun, fierce and loving. She lived and died without compromise. What lessons she taught! I hope you too find your own voice and learn to shine in your own light x

What a fab start to the Easter weekend. Catching a ferry to go for lunch, then a ramble over the island. Feels like the middle of nowhere but in truth is about a 10 minute boat ride from the A82. Even though the sun didn’t want to make an appearance little signs of spring makes everything feel hopeful. Happy Easter everyone x

Not my photo but saw this on here yesterday (sorry I can’t remember where) and thought it was perfect for Mothers day. If only they came with a pause or mute button. This seemed like a good alternative! I won’t apologise for being a mother or having a fantastic one, I will however feel grateful every day for that privilege. After our first wedding, super exciting, photos to follow, we went to recharge our batteries in beautiful Spain. The colour, the sounds, the orange groves and almond blossom. Getting lost in a tangle of streets, trying out the language and having to apologise you don’t understand the answer! How I’ve missed this. So relaxed, so revived and so ready for spring. Bring it on. No really, PLEASE bring spring on! X

It’s that time of year when the gorgeous narcissi, Tete à Tete pops up her cheerful little head to say hello. Planted in recycled jars, jelly moulds and tea cups you can enjoy them inside, then maybe plant them outside to enjoy again next year. Happy February x
