Festive vibes are in full swing at ASW HQ🎄✨

Our lovely client hosts Friendsmas with her closest friends each year, and this time, she surprised them with a gorgeous pop-up picnic setup. We’ve been busy creating magical tablescapes and picnics for festive catch-ups like this one - such a beautiful way to celebrate the season! 🥂

It also made our day to receive a lovely email from our client after the setup, sharing photos of the space with the bon bons added 😍 Moments like these remind us why we love what we do!

Two years ago, we set up a 16th birthday picnic for this lovely client, and now they’ve turned 18! Time really does fly ❤️

It was a hot one last weekends for deliveries - multiple trips up staircases to get everything perfect - but we got it done! Luckily, we love what we do and don't mind a bit of incidental workout 😅😆

It's been a little while since I've reintroduced myself... 👋

Hi, I’m Vanessa, a Geelong local, 33yo mum of two beautiful little ones, and the owner and face behind A Simple Wish Events. While on my first maternity leave from my career as a lawyer, I started this journey at my daughter’s first birthday - the beautiful now 6 year old in this photo. My business baby has grown bigger than I ever imagined, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you supporting 💗

I love bringing your dream events to life, from styled picnics to proposals and everything in between. We are also SO lucky to have our gorgeous team member, Maddie, by our side (swipe across to see the wonderful Mads). You’ll often see Mads setting up, ensuring every detail is perfect. Our beautiful Maddie is an absolute blessing and asset to the ASW team — thanks to her, the juggle between small business life and mum life isn’t as crazy as it was when we first started. Appreciate you, ❤️
