Yesterday marked 2 years since my first ever show on BBC Radio 6 Music! Here I am looking terrified at 5am that morning on Early Breakfast. The terror has thankfully subsided & now all I feel is lucky and grateful to work at the best radio station in the world. Dreams came true! 🥲

Can’t quite get my head around this. Jamie was a wonderful human being, warm, witty, knowledgeable, kind, an endlessly supportive colleague. He made me feel instantly welcome when I joined Jazz, and when I started my Scala show he took hours out of his day to mentor me.
