Dearest happy couples....

Good news! One of our laws permanently changed this week, granting permission to witness remote signing .

What does this mean for you?

We can now do the legal paperwork via zoom call or facetime.

No more trying to work around crazy schedules to try and catch up, No need to travel / find a coffee shop central to us both / frantically cleaning the place because I'm coming ( believe me mess is perfectly fine....I've got 2 kids under 4, work 2 jobs and a husband that works nights and weekends - my place is messy too....I'm used to it) and it means you can do it in your comfy about the house clothes.

All you'll have to do is print off a form I send you and you send it back signed AFTER our meeting, where I watch you sign it via the magic of the internet.

If we haven't done our Notice Of Intended Marriage ( NOIM) paperwork yet - I'll be contacting you soon!

Amber and Peter were married on their property on possibly one of THE hottest days of 2023.

They were married at their special place on the grounds with only their kids and parents in attendance. Was such a magical moment 🧡

This is what eloping looks like - Yat and Qiao Le wanted to do the legal thing here before going home and doing the big spiritual ceremony with their families.

Their church pastor wasn't registered to do weddings so he was their witness instead. Was lovely sitting and chatting about the ceremonies he performs vs. the ceremonies I perform.

They set up nibbles and a signing table, did hair and make up, got dressed up and made a day of it.

After the ceremony they went and took a tonne of photos followed by a fabulous dinner with their besties.

Louise and Lincoln eloped in style.

They decorated their house, they wore what they wanted and they had 2 witnesses plus their beautiful little girl present as they said their vows.

There was cake, fairy lights and a room full of love.

Afterwards they snuck off and had their professional photos done before letting the world know what they'd gotten married.

This is what a true elopement looks like.....bride, groom, tog, and 2 total strangers who just happened to be walking by in the park.

Naomi and Sameer told NOONE they were getting married except myself and a photographer.

We all arranged to meet at their chosen location and started scouting random strangers to bare witness to their " I do's"

We stumbled across Suzi and Anna, mother and daughter visitors from Europe, having a stroll thru the gardens. Not exactly how they planned their afternoon but were delighted to be asked none the less.

The ceremony was short and sweet, then it was off to get some sneaky photos before going about the normal life activities - with a secret they were yet to share.

Congratulations guys. Was one for the books!

This is what eloping looks like!

Paul and Giranan had a small private ceremony at home with the help of the lovey Lalita from Darra Thai Translation as Giranan is still learning English. She did amazingly well with the repeat after me section of the vows!

It was really cool hearing the ceremony we'd written come to life in a different language.
I've done a few translated ceremonies now but never in Thai. What a beautiful language.

I have 1 more ceremony left, then will be on maternity leave for a little bit.

I'll still be doing behind the scenes stuff, posting pics from 2023 ceremonies, and taking bookings etc.

If you have a date in mind - get in quick. Couples that get engaged over Christmas/New years are always really organised, often booking out all my Saturday's for months in a row.

The Kitchen bench elopement offer still stands and the price will remain the same in 2024.
