“ The Fitzgerald Feast”
We welcomed the New Year at the ever so swanky for their Great Gatsby themed extravaganza! I envisioned a table scape draped in pearls… lots of pearls, dressed with white plumage and of course ornate with gold. I am satisfied with my finished product and exactly what I had created in my mind. A huge thank you to all my wonderful clients, friends, family and supporters for always showing your love to me and my small business! If it weren’t for all of you I wouldn’t be able to showcase my creations and bring my visions to life. Cheers to a new year and many more exciting things to come! 🥂

My lovely friends from reached out and asked if I could make one of my grazing tables for our special guests and I of course accepted this exclusive opportunity. When Plenty Bookshop reached out and asked if I would like to be their first to be featured in their Cookeville local recommendation section I of course accepted! I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a huge reader of novels and fiction but I do enjoy looking through and collecting charcuterie and cookbooks. I hand selected some of my favorites ranging from Magnolia Table to Martha’s Entertaining . In addition to books that showcase my passion I selected books that are a personal reflection of my self such as enneagram 8 books and ones on being a Pisces since I happen to be both. I enjoy reading books on human behavior, body language and over all psychology and sociology so it was fitting I chose a few books on those subjects. We have a guest bookseller in the house 🤩 Diego (of fame and glory) has hand-selected an entire collection of recommendations for you. Most, of course, being fabulous charcuterie books for all your fun end-of-summer soirées- but some of our favorite enneagram books as well, plus one we’ll admit we hadn’t heard of until Diego mentioned it, and it’s amazing! A must-read for anyone.

Today I had the privilege to teach a charcuterie class (snack time) at Storyteller House. The audience of the day enjoyed a variety of the finest delicacies such as Colby Jack and pretzels 😜
I made a joke about the Gouda being GOODA.. they didn’t get it ( tough crowd) lol
They were very entertaining and enjoyed every minute of it.

By far one of my favorite charcuterie classes I’ve taught so far! I’m looking forward to the next one! 🥰

✨Taste of the Town 2023✨
I was asked by the lovely Ferran Kefauver if I could be apart of this fabulous event again this year but also create a graze for the VIP section which I was honored and happily accepted! Thank you to CityScapefor continuing to have this annual soirée that showcases the many restaurants, caterers, bars, coffee shops and bakeries that make our community amazing!

•The theme this year was derby and I decided to go with more of a summertime southern style and incorporate citrus and white roses in lieu of the traditional red roses. The inspiration came after visiting my dear friend Jenny Spurlock’s home 😍🍊
Yes these beautiful vases are hers and let me use them for this occasion .

•Another huge thank you to Alissa Hudson for opening up her doors this year and being the epitome of a hospitable hostess!

I am so honored, proud and above all blessed! Being an entrepreneur is not the easiest thing to be as I’ve come to learn but when you have the love and support of a community as wonderful as this then it makes it significantly easier. It feels great to see your hard work pay off and get recognition for it so thank you to those who voted me a Cookeville Mover & Shaker. Yesterday The Harvester in Smithville took a step back in time to the roaring 1920’s! We had the privilege to be apart of it as we served hors d’oeuvres the Royal House of Cheese way.. creative, elegant and avant-garde. We now provide a pass serve service for anyone who would like to upscale any of their events with this tasteful detail.

I was so honored and flattered when Buff City Soap - Cookeville, TN contacted me to let me know I was one of the local businesses they chose this year to showcase! They came up with a scent that was inspired by my work ( no it doesn’t smell like cheese 😅). The scent which we named The King Bee has notes of honey, citrus, water lily and cedar wood. I immediately fell in love with the aroma and was not only impressed but inspired by the creativity and thoughtfulness that went into creating this custom scent! I was also excited to help with the aesthetic of the soap bars which of course had gold swirls and dried rose petals. Thank you to those who helped make this possible! So excited to see everyone on Friday at Buff City Soap for the debut of the King Bee! 🧼🫧🧴👑🐝

Arty Gras is happening to highlight what the Tennessee Tech College of Fine Arts has to offer.

Join the college at an inaugural event happening at the Salt Box Inn and Stables that will definitely be a night to remember. The night will highlight Music students as well as those in the Visual Arts. It will also have New Orleans themed events and activities throughout the evening. There will be Hurricanes, a Grazing Table by Royal House of Cheese, a Cajun dinner, King Cakes made by Jamie’s Eats and Sweets and more... Bring those dancing shoes and get ready to PARTY!!!

The event will feature Themed tables, individuals or businesses can sponsor a table, or purchase individual/double tickets. Each table will be themed and guests are to dress as the theme of their table or in Black Tie attire. Come by Spotlight- Costumes, Props & Events at 880 West Jackson Suite H, Cookeville, TN 38501 and get your costume.

A winter wonderland was the theme we went for this holiday season. Most of my creations this season centered on the same theme of an icy, snowy and creature filled landscape. Due to the high demand this December and then taking a break this January the posts are a little late. Like I always say … "Better late than ugly”. Thank you to the amazing for having me provide the spread for their annual progressive dinner!

This year I was asked by the fabulous mother’s of the Capshaw Elementary PTA to help with their annual lunch! It was a privilege to serve and show appreciation to all of these well deserving educators! The theme was " Spooky Elegance” and I think we killed it! 💀🔮🧹
