Happy Anniversary to these two!!! I can’t believe it’s been a year. Time flies but I’m so grateful I got to see Kit and her amazing maid of honor RANDOMLY at a wedding this month! It was so great to see you Kit! Devon did not disappoint on the dance floor again, that’s for sure! Hugs to you and Kenny on this special day. I hope you’re celebrating. Pantone has announced its color of the year for 2024. Peach Fuzz. And we’re so here for it. It is meant to embody "our desire to nurture ourselves and others." The hue is "a velvety gentle peach tone whose all-embracing spirit enriches mind, body and soul," according to Pantone. The shade represents compassion and embrace and bridges youthful with timeless. I can totally resonate with this message as a lot of our designs have a timeless feel but with a modern twist. I’m so excited to incorporate this color more into our 2024 designs!

Absolutely obsessed with these horizontal menus we incorporated into David and Don’s wedding day design. The deckled edge cut of the paper really added to the antique elements we were looking to incorporate while also providing texture. ✨

✨1. Color: Even if it’s just a pop of color! I like to add a color element into the design to draw your eye in. I’m not just an ivory and greenery kinda girl. 2. Texture: this can come from glassware, dinnerware, paper elements, and even linens. A little texture or a mix and match of different textures puts a table design on another level. Curious about the linen texture comment? You’d be surprised how many linens are out there with texture! Think velvet for example. 3. Height: this can come from pillar candles, taper candles (everyone who knows me knows your girl loves a taper candle), the florals, or even the glassware. Adding different heights creates for a less monotonous tablescape.
