✨ When the pain of remaining the same outweighs the pain of change, the universe will keep repeating something over and over again to show you, direct you, and guide you on the changes that need to be made in your life. 🌌

💪 It takes courage to take those steps and actions in walking a new path and becoming a new version of yourself.

👑 Last week, I went on a Queen Activation Retreat led by the magical @.

When I say queen/king, imagine your highest self—your most confident, healthy, happy, energized, playful, authentic, present, loving, abundant, and most loved version of yourself. 🌟 This is your queen/king. 👸🤴

🌱 Being on this spiritual path from a very young age and just coming into my Saturn return, I felt the deep calling to meet my highest self. I am ready to meet my queen. I felt her; I met her many times during that retreat. 💫

🏡 At this retreat, we embodied our highest selves through everything—the villa, the clothes we wore, our Queen-led morning routine, the way we all acted and behaved over the weekend of luxury, self-care, and self-love. 💖👗

🔮 I got mirrored before, during, and after the gap between where I am now vs. my Queen.

🎙️ I recorded a podcast today where I spoke in more depth about pain being a teacher and gamer making, this episode will be launching Wednesday the 9th. I will speak deeply about how pain has been my biggest teacher and how pain has caused the most life-changing shifts for me. 🌹 Pain has been the best thing for me, as I would be on a very different path without the painful yet loving teachings and experiences that have happened to me. I am learning to embrace the pain, be playful with the pain, as I understand the higher I feel joy, the deeper I will feel the pain. 🌈

Sick of grabbing meal deals or processed foods? But feel you don’t have any time to do anything else?

Most food in the shops isn’t REAL FOOD!

Look at the back of the packages of the food and read what’s actually in there you’re eating!

How many ingredients on the label do you understand, or does it sound more like a lab experiment?

I went shopping earlier today, and I was shocked and saddened by what most people are eating and putting into their baskets!

So much food is full of ultra-processed ingredients and so much sugar, salt, and cheap processed oils.

We are so far away from real food. Going back to simple cooking, simple ingredients. If a package has ingredients you don’t know the meaning of, it’s better not to put it in your bodies.

I understand people have busy lives, and it’s easier to grab convenience, but at what cost? Your health? Your happiness? Your body suffering?

I really want to help as many people as possible to reduce as much processed foods going into your body and switch to real FOODS. Cooking from scratch doesn’t have to be expensive, time-consuming, or overwhelming.

I am doing this every Sunday now. We can cook together, and I will teach you how to say goodbye to processed foods 👋🏼👋🏼

Struggle with over working and burning yourself out?

Nature has given me a permission slip this winter to SLOW DOWN! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘

We aren’t meant to go, go, go all year round!! ❌

You might be a bit confused; someone called ‘energisewithem’ is saying it’s okay to slow down!

I have battled with burnout and pushing myself too much for years, and nature is an inspiration, as many plants and animals die or hibernate until spring.

This winter ❄️I have surrendered to a slower way of being, enjoying less socializing and pushing fewer new things. Yes, I am still doing my 28-day challenge in February with weekly & daily wellness goals but I have crafted it around my cycle. If I’m ovulating that week, I train a lot more, versus during my period when I focus on gentle movement. In between, I adjust it to how I am feeling.

Thank you, nature 🌱🌱for showing me it’s okay to slow down, rest, and recharge. We don’t have to be at the same pace all year, as that’s not really natural for us to be doing. I hope this post inspired you to adjust your lifestyle within the seasons and, if you have periods, align it with your own monthly seasons.

Reframing cooking as an art, as a creative expression, and as an opportunity to nourish and support your energy is a blessing. It’s a blessing to cook; it’s a blessing to buy food and be able to eat food.

Food fuels your energy and your life.

Reframing how you choose what goes in because you love your body so deeply means choosing ingredients that are close to nature, full of lots of energizing, feel-good vitamins and minerals.

It’s okay to slow down, it’s okay to rest.

We are currently in the depth of winter. As much as I believe January is a beautiful time to cultivate changes and create new routines, it’s important to have the
element of flow be intuitive to how you are feeling.

Knowing it’s important to rest, i notice I can be resting a lot, making yourself more tired, versus sometimes exerting too much, making yourself tired.

It’s finding a balance of routine while also being attuned to your needs and knowing what feels good for you.

Yesterday morning, I felt tired, so I went on a lovely slow-paced walk instead of getting up early and doing a HIIT or calisthenics or a cold water swim.

My body craved a gentle morning.

It’s important to honor and love ourselves enough to acknowledge those needs versus always pushing through, rest is deeply important and will help you to feel energised, happy & healthy 🧡

Tired of getting triggered by the same thing over and over again? Even after doing so much deep healing on it? This past week, I have realized you can hold an attachment to a way of behaving because it’s comfortable, and you’re so used to it. It’s like on automatic response but I am choosing to reframe, I am choosing to let go.

Thank you, mind, but I am choosing differently. Thank you for helping me understand my triggers and my healing, but I understand you were protecting me based on what happened when I was younger. Just because something happened once doesn’t mean it will happen again. Thank you for all these years of protection.
But I am choosing differently now. I want my body and mind to feel safe; we are safe, and we are choosing different thoughts now. I am ready to let go of the attachment to behaving this way and to think thoughts that come from love and trust.

Food is art; it’s a creative expression. Your ingredients are your paint, and you get to choose every day what masterpiece you get to eat.

Like any creative, you can get into creative ruts and lose inspiration and interest. For me, finding new cookbooks, Pinterest, or looking through old cookbooks really helps.

The commitment to love ourselves may need to take frequent action to implement that choice.

It's so easy to fall into that place of not loving and accepting ourselves.

But it can become just as easy to decide to re-turn to the place.

We may need to do it daily, weekly, or whenever we begin a new part of our journey, especially a part that frightens or challenges us.

What would feel good? What would bring healing? What would
energize or comfort you?And what purpose is to be fulfilled by de-
priving yourself of that?

However often we need to do it, we can return to that place of self-love.

Each time we do it, it becomes easier. Each time we do it, we see the rewards of self-love: enhanced creativity, clearer decision, a stronger connection to the Divine, and a more fulfilling con-
nection to the world around us.

When we love ourselves, it becomes easier to correct our mistakes, admit our wrongs, share our deepest feelings, and love others.

Our spirit dances, thrives. Self-love energizes us. It attracts more
love. The universe responds directly and immediately to our choice
to love ourselves.

Accept yourself. Love yourself just as you are. Your finest work,
your best moments, your joy, peace, and healing come when you love yourself.

You give a great gift to the world when you do that.

You give others permission to do the same: to love themselves
Revel in self-love. Roll in it,

My biggest pain in my life has created the biggest change.

Yesterday being Mental Health Day, I wanted to share some mental physical & emotional challenges which I have overcome.

At Age 23 my relationship with alcohol wasn't healthy at all. I could never just have one drink. I was the biggest lightweight you would have met, and being into fitness and health, I hated poisoning my body but the social pressure to be like everyone else. With the anxiety, regrets, and very dangerous situations I got myself into through drinking, I started trying to go sober in October four years ago. I tried a few nights out sober, some went well, some didn't. But getting that messed up with alcohol was a huge driver in realizing that's it, I am sober now!!! It's coming up on four years in November. My life, my health, and my mental health have improved so much. It's the best decision I have ever made.

Aged 24 working a "proper job" and a "successful job," it was the lowest my mental health had ever been. I had panic attacks every day, multiple times a day for six months. I couldn't eat much most days as I was so stressed; I had no appetite. I left and moved to Cornwall in 2021 for my mental health and promised myself never to do anything that affects my mental health. I now choose to live in Cornwall as many people's lifestyles and values here make me feel more calm and happy.

Warning: Eating disorder trigger. At 17 being so underweight and not having a period for over a year, it came from my first breakup. I wanted to control something and feel like I was the most attractive, but it got out of hand, with every thought in the day being around food. I wouldn't eat out with friends because of calories, and I couldn't enjoy eating food as I felt so guilty. I had no energy, I was moody, and horrible to be around. I've since developed a healthy relationship with food where I want to teach others how much energy and how great you can feel from nourishing your bodies as a form of self-love.

pain has been a huge teacher and driver in my life, making me say, "enough is enough, something needs to change." So, if you're going through struggles right now, I'm sending you so much love 🧡

Creating space for deep connection with others, belly laughing, energising dancing, connecting back to Mother Nature 🌱and delicious nourishing high vibrational foods 🦋🦋🦋

I've witnessed so many beautiful souls attending their first sober dance event, embracing the silliness 🤸‍♀️and dropping into feeling self confident, authentically themselves, and connecting with other adults without the need for substances.

🌟 This was my first-ever dance and feast combination, and it's safe to say this combo is here to stay! By the time the dance has finished, everyone has created a deep connection, and dinner felt like a soul tribe feast to refuel after all the energizing dance moves!

The Medicine of

Wow, if I could put into words how life-changing the 4 days were here you go...

Moving my b***y so much! Doing ecstatic dance, yoga, acro yoga, wild swimming.

Eating nourishing foods - brought my own cooker so I made quick, easy, yummy meals. Also made homemade granola & energy balls, but there were also lots of healthy options at the festival. My favorites were 🍦

Having four days of being in a tent outside, connecting to Mother Nature & being barefoot.

Breathing: I had a life-changing breathwork session which reminded me again of the power of breath on our health & wellbeing.

Being silly & playful - just dancing and festival environments encourage more childlike energy. I also did an epic sacred stillness class.

Music: Listening to high-vibrational music and singing along to and

Finally, the sense of community - meeting like-minded people who fully understand you and celebrate you. Running into so many people I know from all around the world just makes the world feel that bit more connected.

The Importance of Community for your happiness🧡

I moved to Cornwall originally in April 2020 for a year and then came back 1 year later. When I returned, I didn't know too many people since Cornwall attracts a lot of travelling souls.

During the first few months, I felt lonely, and it reminded me of the importance of community and how it was affecting my happiness & mood. So, I decided to take action and join local swims, attend wellness classes, and participate in community vegan potlucks. In no time, I met people who shared my interests and passions.

In the past few months, I have felt so happy with the beautiful new friends in my life. I manifested meeting new people who are into the same things as me and who accept me for who I am. Together, we can grow and support each other.

Just a reminder that sometimes in life, you can feel lonely; it's natural if you move somewhere new. Just keep being yourself, go out and do the things you love, and you will find your tribe in no time.

Want to feel the best you ever have? 🔥🔥

Loving yourself enough to start living your life based on what makes you happy, not what others are doing or what society wants from you.

This is when you will really feel good energetically, physically, and emotionally.

I was told last week at my friend's wedding that she has known me for over 8 years.

She said to me: You are looking so good, and not just physically. Your energy the you carry yourself is different in the last few years since you stopped caring about how others are living their lives and started loving your life based on what makes you happy and your values. You have glowed up physically and energetically.

All those years, I was fitting into societal pressures and molds. I wasn't being my truest self; I wasn't being my authentic self, as I was dimming my light 💡💡

I chose to stop drinking at age 23 for me.
I chose not to follow the 9-to-5 hustle for me.
I chose to move to Cornwall for me.
I chose to go vegan 8 years ago for me.
I chose to eat the kinds of foods I do for me.
I chose to be barefoot a lot & do all my hippie spirtual stuff for me

My choices haven't always made me feel normal or like a lot of people, but I have held my head up, knowing it's my life and it's special. I'm not going to live my life to anyone else's expectations or opinions but mine! 👊🤜
