Simple setup for this paint today. I got the cube prop from a thrift store. The backdrop and base are yellow poster board from the dollar store. Doing product photography can be expensive, but there are also ways to be creative.

Happy Halloween!

My favorite holiday has been a busy one working, but headed out to spend an evening with the kids. It snowed today here, so we are bundled and ready to get candy! Have a safe holiday! These are the last photos in the color project for this month.

I am quite a few days behind on my color project. I have been busy editing away client sessions, and I feel so grateful to be so busy doing something I love so much.

This color project comes second to my actual clients. I have so many wonderful people I get the chance to work and create with. Getting to meet new people and tell their story is the most rewarding job. I know 12 year old me, who hoped to create and sell art one day, would be shocked to see where we are today.

Thank you for being patient with me as I work through mounds of editing. I will keep posting color project photos as time permits, but it is not my first priority until I get caught up!

Here is a fun photo I shot earlier this month. These little chips are addictive!

I don't bake most other times of the year, but something about fall makes me want to bake and bake. My counter is currently covered in treats🤷

Orange Citrus Soap

This soap from seriously smells like heaven. I always have paint leftover on my hands from one project or another, and this soap infused with a little sponge is perfect for removing it.

Yesterday was my husbands birthday. We celebrated him with yummy food and an evening spent by the fireplace. It was magical.
