The Hearts of Stone is a custom event sign and décor company. We specialize in creating custom high-quality and unique signs, props and gifts for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, reception or any event that needs a little more Heart to give it pizazz. All of our signs and custom work are made of the highest quality. We not only pride ourselves on our exceptional customer s

ervice but also in making your vision a reality. All items are custom-painted and refinished. We will work together with our customer to find the perfect solution for their vision. Brides-to-Be, Mothers-to-Be, Wedding Coordinators, Event Planners, Photographers, Florists and anything in between, we cater to you! Have a look at our inventory; we also have several finished vintage pieces and additional hard-to-find “props” available for rent - at minimal cost. Custom orders
(defined: A custom order is any item that has name(s) or date(s) included and which cannot be re-sold)
• Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Confirmation email will be sent prior to production to confirm details of order, therefore no refund or exchange will be allowed on personalized/custom orders – modifications can be made if permissible and upon agreement, buyer to pay for shipping costs, if any.
• It will be the buyer’s responsibility to correct any inaccuracies with the order prior to payment therefore it becomes buyer’s responsibility for any errors with order after written confirmation is made.
• The Hearts of Stone will take responsibility for any inaccuracies created on their part after order is confirmed. Order Changes
• Order cancellation must be made prior to confirmation email.
• Order changes can only be made if item has not yet gone to production. If changes are minor (ex. Color of trim), exceptions can be made and will be handled on an order-by-order basis. Production
• Please allow for adequate time for production of merchandise. Last minute orders, although sometimes allowable, are very difficult to complete as we take pride in our creations and need enough time to perfect and quality check prior to shipping.
• Average production times vary depending on detail – contact [email protected] to confirm estimated time of delivery. Payment
• For your convenience, we accept: PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards & Money Orders. Shipping
• All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The Hearts of Stone unfortunately cannot guarantee shipment after it is placed in the hands of the shipping service. (As we all know, there are uncontrollable forces out there that may prevent a package from being delivered as promised).
• Tracking information will be provided upon shipment, any indiscretions with shipping after it has left our hands will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and shipping service. Please deal directly with them.
• PLEASE make sure to provide correct ‘ship to address’ to prevent any unnecessary delays. Refunds
• Buyer must submit in writing reason for request in refund within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Once agreed upon, buyer has 10 days to ship item for refund. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item.
• Please note that item must be postmarked prior to event date for refund.
• Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense - no refunds for prior shipping will be issued for services already rendered. Damaged in Transit
• Items damaged in transit are to be refunded at our expense. Proof of damage will be requested in order to refund. Please provide photograph of damage to package and merchandise.
• The Hearts of Stone reserves the right to request items to be returned at the buyer’s expense before a refund is to be issued.
• Please contact [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds will not be issued after 5 days of receipt of delivery. Please don’t forget to like us on Facebook, Instagram and Etsy. Share with us photos of our treasures in action so that others may benefit from your ideas. Feedback is greatly appreciated and encouraged, however please allow us to rectify indiscretions (if any) prior to giving any negative feedback.
