2025 Pricing For Santa, Mrs. Claus & Elves:
Our pricing is for all sizes. Fabric choices are listed with pricing with standard plush, white faux fox fur. All fur is snap on/off for easy cleaning and dry cleaning. There are several fur upgrades to choose from. All jackets are made with six (6) belt loops. Buttons are all plain gold tone. Button upgrade is available. Suspenders are button on attachments. Pants have zipper fly with a solid non-elastic waistband and deep side hidden pockets. Vests have two (2) front pockets for watch or other goodies to stash. Not sure what fabric or fur you would like...simply order a sample packet...when you place your order the sample packet cost will be deducted. We specialize in unusual & unique character designs & fabrics.

Placing An Order:
A contract will be sent to client to be reviewed and signed. We invoice through PayPal and require 1/3 down. The same invoice can be revisited and payments can be made over time. Suit will be held until paid in full. Postage is calculated and paid the day its ready to ship. Orders can be placed over the phone, through messenger on Facebook or Instagram or in person (by appointment). We do accept orders from Canadian and International Residents.
Measurements:
We sew by the measurements you take. If you are unsure about taking your measurements we can arrange a video call. You will need someone to help you take measurements. Video calls are done over Facebook or Instagram messenger or FaceTime. We are currently not set up for Zoom. A measurement chart will be included with your contract. Any questions at any time please contact us. We are in Rock Hill, SC...if you would like to make an appointment to come in person that can be arranged.
Shipping:
We ship most of the time via UPS or FedEx Ground. On occasion we may chose to ship via USPS. We try to do cheapest best for your convenience. We do take orders from Canada and International Residents. Shipping Costs, Insurance and Importing Fees are clients responsibility. Orders can also be picked up in person by appointment.
Returns:
All sales are final. If there is a fit issue items can be returned at clients expense to be altered for a fee and return shipping. Must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt with detailed written instructions of issue. The Costume Queen is not responsible for any return shipping fees. Client will be invoiced for services and return shipping.
Cleaning:
Most of the fabrics we use recommend dry cleaning. Cotton fabrics can be machine washed on delicate cycle. The Costume Queen is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any dry cleaners care errors that cause damage to fur with bleeding issues or melting. This is why we only offer snap on fur.
