The ‘Hype’ DJ
My name is Matt Ferguson and I have been an independent professional Wedding and Event DJ for the past 10 years. Not only am I typically 30-50% cheaper than the majority of wedding DJs in the area, but I come with a mantra of "You say it, I play it."
My rates are by the hour, and I DJ most 8 hour wedding days for around $700. This includes all equipment except for wireless microphones and lighting, which can be rented for a small additional fee. I am ALWAYS willing to discuss pricing with clients though, and I have slashed this price in half again for special circumstances and to help fit client budgets.
This means that I will show up at your wedding or event not only with your core songs, but with every song that you and your guests request, so long as they are sent to me within a week of the event date.
