Wow…..6 years what a journey!!!
I remember my first day as if it was yesterday. Asking friends and family to help shape the cafe in the late evening, hosting French exchange students to put every penny back into the business.

We are still here today and I’m so grateful for that, there’ve been massive highs and some lows but thats the fun of running a business.
I stand here today proud of what I have achieved so far and see what needs doing next and the never ending to do list 😂

I have the most amazing team around me that make me laugh daily, I’ve loved watching them grow over the years and seeing them thrive within the business.
Strangers that have now become friends, new and old customers that have been here since day one we appreciate you all.

A massive happy 6th birthday to Flissy’s and a massive thank you to the team and the continued support of our lovely customers.
