Hummingbird Catering is a small dessert wholesale catering company owned and operated by Sarah Coburn. Hummingbird Catering stemmed from a passion for good quality scratch desserts and a desire to eventually create something much more. Local, good quality scratch desserts are harder and harder to find these days and it’s even harder to find quality gluten free and vegan products. Hummingbird Catering hopes to provide a delicious, reasonably priced gluten free and vegan product (as well as all sorts of other yummy treats) and one day open up it’s own social enterprise.
