I'll be bringing some surprise items to the hospital's Christmas market on December 5th 😉. I'll be there 9-4pm. Unless I sell out 😁. Bring cash. I do not have electronic payments yet. Although they do have an ATM there.

Hello eggnog cheesecakes! Ginger molasses cookies, eggnog cream cheese filling, topped with real whip cream 😋. Yum! These babies are heading to the Floral Cup tomorrow (the 13th)😉. Would be perfect with a nice latte. Just saying...

Awesome! The more supports for people the better.

On Thursday we met at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 008, where our community came together for Lead by Example: Taking a Proactive Approach to Men’s Mental Health—a powerful conversation presented by Rob Munford & Dan Coburn of RGA & The Space Within.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rob and Dan for their insight, compassion, and leadership in fostering these important discussions. A big thank you as well to Sutton Real Estate for their proud support in making this event possible.
