Awesome! The more supports for people the better.

On Thursday we met at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 008, where our community came together for Lead by Example: Taking a Proactive Approach to Men’s Mental Health—a powerful conversation presented by Rob Munford & Dan Coburn of RGA & The Space Within.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rob and Dan for their insight, compassion, and leadership in fostering these important discussions. A big thank you as well to Sutton Real Estate for their proud support in making this event possible.

To everyone who joined us—thank you for showing up, listening, and contributing to a safer, stronger community. Let’s keep the conversation going and continue to lead by example, making mental health a priority in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

It's not officially fall until you start a little baking for Thanksgiving! "Toffee Pecan Pumpkin Pie Bars" and "Apple Crumble Cupcakes".

Hummingbird Catering is a small dessert wholesale catering company owned and operated by Sarah Coburn. Hummingbird Catering stemmed from a passion for good quality scratch desserts and a desire to eventually create something much more. Local, good quality scratch desserts are harder and harder to find these days and it’s even harder to find quality gluten free and vegan products. Hummingbird Catering hopes to provide a delicious, reasonably priced gluten free and vegan product (as well as all sorts of other yummy treats) and one day open up it’s own social enterprise.
