Y’all it’s a random Tuesday in Nashville & I’m stepping on at least 20 cicadas to get into work today…. Obviously in an oversized tee & no makeup!

Finally posting some photos from my time in Ireland! 🍀
I’ve been playing catch-up the entire month of March & April, but it was totally worth the aftermath of piled up work!
This was at Giant’s Causeway & a neighboring castle! This trip was one that I’d been dreaming up for a LONG time, but planned in less than three weeks!
If anyone is visiting & wants tips… I’m just going to send my exact itinerary because this trip was that perfect. 🥲

This year for Easter, I set up a balloon arch with a few friends from 🤍
It was a beautiful service and I loved seeing all the familiar faces! Love this church & loved pulling out the balloon arch for some family photos!

reached out about doing a maternity session & I was overjoyed to have another shoot with this beautiful couple!
They shared that they’d like to include the whole family, including their pup, Murphy! Murphy had recently been diagnosed with cancer, so they really wanted a few moments to give the spotlight totally to him!
Then, a few weeks passed and I was away on a trip, but once I’d returned, they had already had their sweet baby girl, and Murphy had passed away!
It was such a bittersweet session, knowing that since I’d seen this family the only weeks before, EVERYTHING had changed for them! These pictures represented such a fleeting season for this family & I was just so honored I got to capture it!
It also reminded me how precious the gift of photography is! Life it so fleeting & it’s incredible to get to capture seasons like this for families!
Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl, friends! & so sorry for your loss… I know Murphy will be missed terribly!
