My name is Jessicka Lynn and I am the owner and creator of Pure Energy Hoops. My mission in creating Pure Energy Hoops is to spread as much Hoop Love to as many people as possible and to encourage active, creative and healthy lifestyles. Hula Hooping is a great deal of fun, but it also is great for the Mind, Body and Spirit. While a great cardiovascular exercise, it also improves core strength, ba

lance, agility, and flexibility. Also, by allowing yourself to be challenged by new tricks or making up your own tricks, you stimulate the brain while giving a sense of accomplishment and pride. When most people think of hula hoops, they think of children. For that reason, I offer Children's Build-A-Hoop Parties. It is a fun and crafty party idea that takes care of the entertainment and the party favor at the same time. I also make matching Mother-Child Hoops to help busy moms exercise while taking care of and bonding with their children. All of that being said, my services are as follows:
