Bio
Manuka Honey is a London based producer, DJ, and astrologer tearing her way through the underground. Her multigenre selection fuses Latinx club sounds from across the world, tying together reggaeton, baile funk, techno, hard drum, and dembow in her hot and heavy mixes.
Manuka’s sets are known for shaking down venues across the UK and beyond. She performed on the first all-women lineup at Fabric in 2018, and has played out at clubs including Mick’s Garage, Rye Wax, and House of Boom. In 2019 she left her mark on three legendary live stream platforms - Boiler Room, Just Jam, and Keep Hush.
In her production, Manuka creates club-ready scapes of discordant melodic tones and percussive rhythms. She’s released on labels APOCOLIPSIS and Super Kitchen, as well as with rising star Don Sinini on his ‘Love in the Dance’ Remix EP. FACT Mag included her track with hard dance producer NARA on their November 2019 list of ‘ Must Know Underground Club Tracks’.
Manuka Honey is a resident DJ on Foundation FM where she hosts her cosmic astrology and music themed show 'Astro Hours' every first Monday of the month. She also often appears on Rinse FM with guests from across the world.
Manuka Honey has shared a stage with underground heavyweights such as Manara, Air Max ‘97, The Heatwave, Dinamarca, DJ Marfox, AYA, Swing Ting, and Tash LC.
Manuka Honey has been featured in The Guardian, FACT Magazine, DJ Mag, and Resident Advisor.
