Happy first Monday of March beautiful people.
Look back and realize that everything you are experiencing is based on how you are choosing to shift your energy.
Yes, you DO have the power to shift your world, change your story in every moment.
Where in your life are you beating yourself up instead of facing core truths and co creating what you DO want?
Don’t give your power away. He didn’t make you feel that way. That “thing” isn’t what you think is keeping you stuck. You can witness the old story and not identity or cling to it.
When you are lost in painful thoughts, ask yourself if there is some part of you that is clinging to this pain because it gives you control and the safety from having to face deeper truths.
But what is the cost beyond the payoff? Do they keep you from believing that more is possible?
Do they keep you wearing shoes too small?
So why keep identifying with them?
Choose love. Be it.
Do not settle. Go (straight) to love.
Choose “being” the soul-food you need and co-create dear creator, dear lover and beloved.Yess, see, feel, touch, taste FROM love, not for love as you BE the source. Flowing without agenda. From authentic truth.

Trust that everything can shift. It’s all meant to bring you here. You are not stuck. It’s more about going within, frequency and perception. Eye see you and know can IN body your own innate power, no matter what.
The moment you meet the old pattern in heart presence, no matter how “f-ugly” it is, the light of your awareness is all you need. Acknowledge/honor what is, even while changing it. Keep your heart open, life wants you to ripen and grow.
And now, you’re stepping into actualizing your new path forward. If you’ve been feeling called intuitively into the unknown, know your are being requested to step up further into your own UNION, within and without. No need to keep looping repetitive dramas.

Happy Saturday my beautiful people 🥰:
I want to share a few things with my future entrepreneurs.

1. What are you waiting for to start your business? Remember if you can dream it you can build it.

2.Why do you keep making yourself miserable at this dead-end job that just barely pays the rent or mortgage? Why don’t you start your own business working for yourself I know it’s not easy, trust me I have failed plenty of times but each time I learn another valuable lesson.

3. It’s scary I know but that’s why you should share your dreams and passions with people who believe in you and are willing to take a chance on you.

4. Take a look in the mirror if you are searching for someone to change your life. Only you can rewrite your story. I could have been another statistic: woman comes to the USA gets married and her husbandjust abuses her, but you know
what my freaking amazing friend opened my eyes and made me believe in myself and I went and got my education and my drivers license.

5. What do you think these business I and people post in my stories all have in common? We believed in ourselves when no one else did. We continue to believe in ourselves.

6. And lastly this Valentine’s Day : do me the greatest favor and give yourself this gift of loving yourself by going out into the world and following your dreams.

About Chef Peggy

Suriname native, Peggy Jenice Merkus, grew up speaking Dutch and fell in love with the kitchen at an early age. Her dad’s cooking ignited her passion for food as a way of bringing people together and sharing ourselves in the most sincere way. At the age of 18, she ventured into the United States to pursue her love for the culinary arts, where she attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, during which she finished with highest honors. Upon graduation, Peggy worked at numerous restaurants in Miami Beach, and began to take on Chef responsibilities at some of the most prestigious kitchens in the city, which ultimately led to being selected for Bravo TV’s “Top Chef Tour” in 2010.

In 2016, Chef Peggy’s entrepreneurial savviness ushered her to launch “Meals By Peggy”, an exclusive online private chef catering service, bringing together her 16 years of experience as a master chef. Her latest accolade came in 2018 when she was honored as one of the winning chefs by Caribbean Chef Association in Miami, thanks to an enthusiastically received presentation.

Today, Peggy’s heart for exciting palates continues as her business expands. Her team now offers an on-demand network of private chefs, catering to highly exclusive events, and private instructional sessions for those with a discerning taste.
